Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the ethics of teachers and students according to K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari in the Book of Adabul'Ālim Wāl Mutā'āllim and its relevance to the current educational context. This type of research is library research, this research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach and used content analysis techniques. In his book Adabul 'Ālim Wāl Mutā'āllim, KH Hasyim Asy'ari stated that teachers must have ethics, as follows: being devoted to Allah, being wara', being humble, istiqomah, having credibility and capacity as an 'alim and mu'allim , have the skills and authority to convey knowledge to students, have a professional attitude in all aspects required in the learning process. Students must have the following manners in studying, namely: religiousness, tolerance, hard work, responsibility, patience, obedience and good manners.Therefore, the book Adabul'Ālim Wāl Mutā'āllim can be said to have preceded the recommendation for character education which is currently quite popular in the world education system. This is the important relevance of the book Adabul'Ālim Wāl Mutā'āllim for modern education today, namely the importance of creating a conducive, harmonious and dignified learning atmosphere. By implementing this ethic, it is hoped that a relationship of mutual respect will be created between teachers and students, a positive learning environment, and improving the quality of the learning process. This ethic can also form good character and personality in students, as well as encourage enjoyable learning between teachers and students.  Keywords: Ethics, Student, Teacher, The Book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim. Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang etika Guru dan Peserta didik menurut K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari dalam Kitab Adabul‘Ālim Wāl Mutā’āllim dan relevansinya dengan konteks pendidikan sekarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif serta menggunakan teknik analisis isi (Content Analysis). Dalam kitabnya Adabul‘Ālim Wāl Mutā’āllim, KH Hasyim Asy’ari mengemukakan bahwa guru harus memiliki etika, sebagai berikut : bertaqwa kepada Allah, bersikap wara’, rendah hati, istiqomah, memiliki kredibilitas dan kapasitas sebagai seorang ‘alim dan mu’allim, memiliki kecakapan dan kewibawaan menyampaikan ilmu kepada peserta didik, memiliki sikap profesional pada keseluruhan aspek yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun murid harus memiliki adab-adab berikut ini dalam menuntut ilmu yaitu: religius,toleransi, kerja keras, tanggungjawab, sabar, patuh, dan sopan santun.Oleh karena itu, kitab Adabul‘Ālim Wāl Mutā’āllim bisa dikatakan telah mendahului anjuran pendidikan karakter yang saat ini cukup populer dalam sistem pendidikan dunia. Inilah relevansi penting dari kitab kitab Adabul‘Ālim Wāl Mutā’āllim bagi pendidikan modern saat ini, yaitu sangat pentingnya untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif, harmonis, dan bermartabat. Dengan menerapkan etika ini, diharapkan tercipta hubungan yang saling menghormati antara guru dan murid, lingkungan belajar yang positif, dan meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Etika ini juga dapat membentuk karakter dan kepribadian yang baik pada murid, serta mendorong pembelajaran yang menyenangkan antara guru dan murid.  Kata Kunci: Etika, Guru, Kitab Adabul ‘Alim Wal Muta’allim, Murid.

Abstract

Background. The drill method is one form of method used in activity-based learning that can train motoric or movement in students. Purpose. In this study, researchers used the Classroom Action Research method (action research) using the design of Kemmis and Taggart in the form of a spiral cycle which includes the design stages; first planning (planning), second action (acting). Method. third observation (observation), fourth reflection (reflection). Based on the results of class action, the prayer movements of MDA students. Al-Idrus experienced an 80% improvement from the pre-action results. Results. In cycle I meeting I there were 8 students categorized as skilled (80%), 2 students categorized as starting to be skilled (20%). Conclusion. And cycle II meeting II there were 8 learners categorized as very skilled (80%), 2 learners categorized as skilled (20%)
