Abstract

This study aims to analyze Putri Candrawathi's pledoi by borrowing Sara Mills' glasses. The source of the data in this article is obtained from youtube kompas.com, while the data is Putri Candrawathi's story about the Pledoi. The purpose of this research is to find out the position of the subject-object, listener (reader), and the image of women who often get bad grades in the eyes of society. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, because the results of this research are in the form of a description of the data obtained from material objects. The results of this study indicate that the positions of the subjects in this pledoi were taken at once by Putri Candrawathi because she was telling herself (the subject) and making herself an object. Meanwhile, for the listener-reader position, Putri Candrawathi invites readers through the mediation method.

Abstract

Komplikasi yang dapat dialami pada ibu bersalin kala I fase aktif adalah partus lama. Dampak partus lama pada janin yaitu asfiksia. Dampak bagi ibu infeksi intrapartum. Upaya untuk meminimalisir partus lama yaitu pelvic rocking. pelvic rocking dapat melatih otot pinggang, pinggul dan membantu penurunan kepala bayi masuk kedalam rongga panggul menuju jalan lahir yang pada akhirnya melancarkan proses persalinan dan mempercepat lama waktu persalinan. Tujuan : mengetahui pengaruh teknik Pelvic Rocking dengan Birthing Ball terhadap lama persalinan di TPMB Holish Novitasari. Metode : Penelitian kuantitatif. Quasy experimental design terhadap dua kelompok (two-group-test) kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dengan 20 responden. Teknik probability sampling pendekatan sampel Random Sampling pemilihan sampel sesuai dengan kriteria. Hasil : Uji t independen nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 hipotesis diterima. Kelompok intervensi rata-rata waktu kala 1 fase aktif 183 menit, kelompok kontrol 341,5 menit. Kesimpulan : pelvic rocking efektif dilakukan dalam mempercepat lama persalinan
