Abstract

This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of poverty alleviation strategies from a global perspective, synthesizing findings from diverse studies across various countries and contexts. By examining the multifaceted nature of poverty, it highlights the critical role of fulfilling basic needs, the importance of adopting locally specific solutions, and the necessity of inclusive growth and sustainable development. The paper discusses the effectiveness of community-based projects, the impact of education and health on poverty reduction, and innovative funding mechanisms such as the "energy-poverty alleviation" fund. It also explores the significant achievements and challenges of poverty alleviation efforts in countries like Nigeria and China, emphasizing the need for development-oriented strategies, legal reforms, and the involvement of multiple stakeholders in the fight against poverty. Through this analysis, the paper aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on poverty alleviation, offering insights into successful strategies and identifying areas that require further research and policy intervention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the orientation of Islamic financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Makassar City. The research was conducted at BSI KC Makassar 2 using primary data sourced from interviews, observations, documentation, and secondary data sourced from news, journals, and books related to SMEs and Islamic financing. This research uses qualitative methods with an interpretive approach and uses interviews, documentation, and observation as data collection methods. The analysis technique used is Interpretive Phenomenology Analysis (IPA). The results show that the orientation of Islamic financing for SMEs is influenced by the customer's background, understanding of Islamic financing and the length of time the business has been operating. The main type of financing contract used for SMEs is Murabahah, which is offered in two methods: Murabahah with Wakalah and Murabahah without Wakalah. The factors supporting Islamic financing are public knowledge about Islamic financing and the benefits of Islamic banks, the availability of financial products and ervices that comply with sharia principles, regulations that support the development of Islamic banks and the challenges of its development, and comparison with financial products and services offered by conventional banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital expenditure on economic growth in Makassar City, the effect of labor on economic growth in Makassar City and the effect of inflation on economic growth in Makassar City. The research hypothesis uses a theory / concept base, supported by previous studies that have similar variables. This research was conducted in Makassar City. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analyzed in this study for 11 years. Using descriptive statistical techniques, Classical Assumption Test and multiple linear regression assisted by Eviews 10.0 for data analysis. The results showed that Capital Expenditure has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth in Makassar City, Labor has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth in Makassar City. Inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Makassar city.

Abstract

Saat ini kesuburan tanah yang rendah adalah menjadi permasalahan sebagian besar petani di desa Kale Ko’mara. Beberapa masalah yang melandasi hal ini adalah penggunaan pupuk buatan secara terus menerus yang dapat menyebabkan pengerasan tanah dan menurunkan keseimbangan biologi tanah. Selain itu petani juga petani hanya memberikan pupuk yang mengandung unsur hara makro primer (N,P,dan K). Pupuk organik dan kompos adalah dua jenis pupuk yang dihasilkan dari bahan organik seperti limbah tanaman, kotoran hewan, dan sisa-sisa makanan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan dan diikuti oleh 20 petani. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani dalam membuat pupuk organik sebagai saah satu solusi sulitnya mendapatkan pupuk. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan   petani  tentang teknik pembuatan pupuk organik semakin meningkat, dan peserta sudah mampu membuat pupuk organik sebagai solusi atas sulitnya mendapatkan pupuk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the current performance conditions of BTN Bank Employees, Makassar Syariah Branch Office with the title The Effect of Motivation, Ability, Work Environment and Digital on the Performance of BTN Bank Employees, Makassar Syariah Branch Office. The variables in this study are Motivation (X1), ability (X2), work environment (X3), Digital (X4), Performance (Y). The theory used in this research is Attribution theory. The sample of this study were 60 respondents. The type of research conducted in this study is quantitative using primary data. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of Bank BTN Makassar Syariah Branch Office. The technique used to determine the sample is to use the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, R Square test, t statistical test, and F statistical test. The results of the study partially show that motivation, ability, work environment and digital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of BTN Bank Makassar Syariah Branch Office. Then together all independent variables affect the performance of employees of BTN Bank Makassar Syariah Branch Office.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kebutuhan modal usah sektor industri rumah tangga di daerah makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Catering Megha. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan primer. Menggunakan data Deskriptif untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa modal yang digunakan menggunakan modal sendiri dan didukung dengan cara meyakinkan investor dengan rencana dan penjelasan bisnis untuk memajukan usaha catering itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Modal Usaha.
