Abstract

Masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah paling riskan terdampak wabah Covid-19. Masyarakat yang sumber pendapatan atau penghasilan seperti berjualan, asongan, mengojek, nelayan, karyawan, atau pekerja yang bekerja di perusahaan pabrik dan sejenis pekerjaan lainnya. Mereka secara langsung mendapatkan dampak yang cukup buruk atas pendapatan mereka, dan secara otomatis masyarakat yang demikian tidak bisa memenuhi dan menafkahi kehidupan keluarga mereka sehari-hari, dan pastinya mereka akan merasakan kekecewaan dan kebingungan semisal dengan cara apa yang mereka bisa lakukan untuk memenuhi kehidupan keluarga mereka sehari hari. Kondisi yang sama dialami oleh jama’ah masjid Abu Ayub Al Anshori di Dsn. Kangkungan, Desa Kemantren, Kecamatan Gedeg, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Dengan kondisi pandemi, bagaimana setiap jama’ah berjuang untuk mendapatkan penghasilan agar kebutuhan sehari-hari bisa dipenuhi. Atau bagaimana strategi bertahan dengan memelihara ikan dan menanam sendiri kebutuhan sayuran murah dan bermanfaat. Dengan metode budikdamper dan aquaponik jama’ah masjid mendapatkan ilmu tambahan. Ide kreatif ini bisa dilakukan meski jama’ah masjid tidak memiliki halaman luas dan peralatan yang memadai. Dengan budikdamper dan aquaponik diharapkan sedikit beban masalah bisa teratasi.

Abstract

The Islamic capital market is one of the new breakthroughs in advancing the people's economy. The Sharia Capital Market is all activities in the capital market that do not conflict with the principles of Islamic teachings. The Indonesian Islamic capital market is part of the Islamic financial industry which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and synergizes with the Indonesian Stock Exchange as the capital market regulator in Indonesia. The background of this activity is to introduce the Jariaah program as one of the programs carried out by the Indonesia Stock Exchange to introduce the Islamic capital market among Islamic boarding schools and improve the performance of the Investment Gallery at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Islamic University of Majapahit (GI BEI UNIM). After going through a direct visit, a very extraordinary welcome was obtained from the Pondok Pesantren and hoped that this activity could continue.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has spread to Indonesia sice the beginning of 2020 has dramatically effected various sectors of human life. One of the sectors most effected is the economic sector. Difficult economic conditions increase public awareness of the importance of owning investments. One type investment widely looked at by the public is a stock investment in the Indonesian Capital Market. Verious supporting application servuces and educational content related to stock investment also continue to increase producyion. One rapidly growing service is fintech (financial technology) wich can be used as an investment medium. However, because so many options are available, people have difficukty choosing suitable media and tools. A few people are even ensnared by “profits anywhere” due to a lack understanding regarding investment that comply with OJK regulation. Therefore education abaout stock investment needs to be supported by understanding various safe options and can be option for investing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service activites related to basic training on stock investment in the Indonesian Capital Market long with supporting fintech supervised by the OJK. The ouotput of this activity is training services to increase public knowledge about the importantce of investment and fintech options that can be used to invest safely.

Abstract

The Indonesian government is in the process of campaigning stock investment through as an alternative mode of investment for the people who usually invests in fixed assets and bank deposits. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment is also easier to do, the wide availability of smartphones facilities stock investment. Even though is has many advantages, stock investment is not widely known by people, therefore there needs to be training with regards to buying stocks and controlling the investments. As a productive group that has close ties to society and acts as agents of change, teachers are the best partners to work with for this social service. The main partner in this social service are the SMAN teachers from SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The social service started with the filling of forms in order to create a stock investment account and followed by practical training on how to buy and sell stocks. The result of this social service is the increase of the teachers “knowledge about general financial literacy and also the creation of new stock investment accounts.
