Abstract

The relationship between the leader and team members takes place in a one-on-one relationship, where each team member has a unique relationship with the leader. Transparency and fairness are increasingly appreciated, leaders who apply the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) principle can create a fair work environment and increase self-efficacy. A level of self-efficacy that is too high can cause individuals to become overconfident and not calculate risks adequately, resulting in a decline in employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form to employees of Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. The population of this study was 50 people with a sample of 50 people using a saturated sample. Data processing techniques were carried out using the SPSS 29.0 program. with the research results showing that there is a positive and significant influence of the LMX variable on performance, the Self-Efficacy variable on Performance, then the LMX and Self-Efficacy variables on employee performance at Dian Husada Hospital Mojokerto.

Abstract

One of the important factors that can influence employee work productivity in an agency or company is compensation and the work environment. Appropriate and appropriate compensation as well as a comfortable and very supportive work environment can increase employee work productivity. In this research, the aim of the research was to determine the effect of Compensation and work environment on employee work productivity at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. The type of research used is an associative quantitative method with data collection techniques used are interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees. The population in this study were core employees at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. The research sample used was 50 people using a saturated sampling technique. The results of this research show that compensation and environmental variables have a partially positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. And simultaneously compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan langkah strategis dalam rangka perubahan pardigma belajar di tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA. Komponen utama kurikulum Merdeka jika dibandingkan dengan kurikulum sebelumnya adalah Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Selain itu, fokus utama kurikulum ini adalah berpusat pada peserta didik dengan berdasarkan asessmen formatif maupun sumatif, berdasarkan jenjang dan fase pendidikan. Pada kurikulum ini, satuan pendidikan diberikan kebebasan dalam melakukan adaptasi kurikulum berdasarkan kondisi spesifik yang ada di lingkungan masing-masing. Elemen Capaian Pembelajaran, Tujuan Pembelelajaran dan Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran disusun oleh masing-masing satuan pendidikan dengan muatan lokal yang memiliki makna dengan kondisi lingkungannya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah transformasi dalam proses pendidikan ‘klasik’ menjadi pendidikan yang bermakna dan kontekstual, dalam rangka menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi peserta didik tanpa meninggalkan karakter Pancasila dan budaya lokal masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi, pelatihan secara daring, in-house training pada masing-masing satuan pendidikan, dilanjutkan dengan proses pendampingan dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun, untuk kemudian dilaksanakan implementasi skala penuh di masing-masing satuan pendidikan
