Abstract

Organizations must pay attention to factors that can increase employee performance, including work motivation and leadership styles that can increase work enthusiasm while creating a professional work attitude. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Bantul District Health Service. This research method is a quantitative model, with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was 51 people, selected based on Purposive Sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of research using the Kendall Tau test on the leadership style variable on employee performance obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.004 < 0.05. The results of the work motivation test on employee performance obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of simultaneous Ordinal Regression Analysis, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance obtained a sig value of 0.000. Conclusion. There is a significant and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, simultaneously there is an influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Discipline development for students is the most effective means in the educational process at Islamic boarding schools, which lasts for a day and a night, all of this cannot be separated from the people involved, from administrators, students, teachers, and Islamic boarding school caregivers, who can follow it well. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge and awareness of students in improving their discipline in participating in activities at the Darul Hijrah Complex Islamic Boarding School. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model is used in community service activities, prioritizing community empowerment to participate, in this case the Islamic Boarding School student community. This activity took the form of socialization and guidance to students regarding discipline which was carried out offline for 42 students. The media used are power point, laptop, LCD, and online quizzes using the Kahoot application. Measuring student discipline using a daily mutabaah book. The results of this service research show that the students are very enthusiastic about participating in activities and can easily understand material about discipline while accompanied by coaching, they can also organize themselves and can directly train and practice discipline in participating in activities at the Darul Hijrah Complex Islamic Boarding School. So, it can be concluded that the development of student discipline can be carried out continuously so that students can form better behavioral habits and easily participate in the activities of the Darul Hijrah Complex Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Organizational culture and work environment are things that have the potential to affect employee performance. The good or bad service in a health institution, especially a hospital, is partly caused by the performance of employees who comply with work procedures, including the service culture in the organization and workplace. Objective: To determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. Method: This research method is descriptive quantitative using a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 52 people who have permanent employee status. Results: The results of testing several variables with SPSS show that organizational culture has not been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value (0.438> 0.05). The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant effect (0.000 <0.05). The results of the F test of the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul, obtained an F-count of 10,084 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted. Conclusion: Organizational culture has not been proven to have a significant effect on performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

Covid-19 merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis corona virus. Untuk pencegahan terhadap covid-19, maka perlu menerapkan protocol kesehatan yaitu dengan mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir, pakai masker saat keluar rumah, social distancing/physical distancing, menerapkan etika bersin dan batuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran perilaku pedagang pagi di pasar ngipik dalam mematuhi protokol kesehatan covid-19. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada responden sebanyak 8 orang. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi kepada responden bahwa perilaku pedagang pagi dipasar ngipik menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak antara pedagang satu dengan yang lain dan ada yang membawa hand sanitizer, namun untuk mencuci tangan dengan air mengalir beberapa pedagang masih belum sesuai dengan standar cuci tangan yang baik dan benar, selain itu sebagian pedagang juga ada yang belum benar pada saat pemakaian masker. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perilaku pedagang pagi dipasar ngipik sudah melakukan dan mematuhi protocol kesehatan covid-19 akan tetapi masih ada sebagian pedagang yang masih belum benar dalam pemakaian masker dan juga mencuci tangan masih belum sesuai standar.Kata kunci : perilaku, pedagang pagi pasar ngipik, protocol kesehatan covid-19

Abstract

Pemanfaatan digital marketing di RSKIA PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede belum optimal, terbukti dari 70% pasien yang tidak mengetahui informasi layanan melalui media sosial rumah sakit. Disisi lain, kualitas pelayanan juga masih dikeluhkan, terutama pada waktu tunggu dan kenyamanan fasilitas. Padahal, loyalitas pasien cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien pada Rumah Sakit Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (RSKIA) PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pasien lama, yang dipilih menggunakan rumus slovin. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian dan uji variabel didapatkan bahwa Uji t menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien (p > 0,05), sedangkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan (p < 0,05). Uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan digital marketing dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien (p < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi kedua variabel sebesar 21,1% terhadap loyalitas pasien. Kesimpulan bahwa digital marketing dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pasien, namun secara parsial hanya kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh signifikan di RSKIA PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Yogyakarta.
