Abstract

According to the American Public Health Association, the junk is defined as something that is not used, unused, unwanted or something disposed of, derived from human activities and does not happen by itself. Based on data from the Department of Environment Bantul Regency Year Of 2018 Producing the biggest waste there is in the District of Banguntapan by 264,49 m3/day while the lowest was 77,64 m3/day are in the District of Kretek. The results of the interviews in the community, it was found that as much as 45% of citizens have yet to separate or distinguish organic and inorganic waste. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the behavior of the community in disposing of garbage the Village of Banguntapan. This research uses descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total sample of 76 respondents. The analysis used is the analysis of univariate and bivariate with Chi Square statistical test. The results of this research is on the analysis of the chi square showed no relationship between the factors with the behavior of the community in disposing of garbage as follows education with behavior sig. 0,002 (p<0,05), the income with the behavior of the sig. 0,037 (p < 0.05), availability of infrastructure gis. 0.000 (p<0.05). The conclusion obtained that there is significant relationship between education, income, availability of infrastructure to the behavior of the community in disposing of garbage in the Village of Banguntapan.

Abstract

Beringharjo traditional market has many visitors and traders who utilize the sanitation facilities. It requires the provision of clean water both in quality and quantity. Based on the results of interviews with traders, employees and visitors, they complained about the condition of the water which is yellow, cloudy, smelly and not tasty when cooked for consumption purposes. The purpose of this study was to test the clean water with microbiological parameters. The research was descriptive and used cross-sectional approach. The research population numbered 55 and the sample was determined by using purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 10 clean water. The variables of this study were Total coliform and E. coli in clean water. The data were analyzed by using MPN (most probable number) method. The results of the microbiological parameter test showed that 7 samples were positive contained coliform and E. coli which exceeded the quality standard. The test results from 10 samples of clean water found that 7 samples of water did not meet the clean water requirements because they exceeded the threshold value and 3 samples were in accordance with the requirements of sanitation hygiene.

Abstract

Organizations must pay attention to factors that can increase employee performance, including work motivation and leadership styles that can increase work enthusiasm while creating a professional work attitude. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Bantul District Health Service. This research method is a quantitative model, with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was 51 people, selected based on Purposive Sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of research using the Kendall Tau test on the leadership style variable on employee performance obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.004 < 0.05. The results of the work motivation test on employee performance obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of simultaneous Ordinal Regression Analysis, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance obtained a sig value of 0.000. Conclusion. There is a significant and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, simultaneously there is an influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Anemia juga diartikan sebagai suatu kondisi ketika tubuh kekurangan sel darah merah, dan dapat terjadi pada semua kelompok usia. Prevalensi anemia di kalangan remaja usia 15–24 tahun tercatat sebesar 15,5%. Jika dirinci berdasarkan jenis kelamin, prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri (rematri) mencapai 18%. survei yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan DIY pada tahun 2018 terhadap 1.500 remaja putri di lima kabupaten dan kota menunjukkan bahwa 19,3% dari mereka mengalami anemia, yang ditandai dengan kadar hemoglobin di bawah 12 g/dl. Remaja atau santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Harun Asy-Syafi’i diperoleh informasi dan data sebanyak 92% remaja putri pernah mengalami gejala-gejala anemia. Bahkan pernah ada remaja putri di pondok pesantren ini yang dirujuk ke fasilitas kesehatan karena mengalami anemia. Tujuan pengabdian adalah remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren harun Asy-Syafi’i mengetahui tentang pecegahan anemia. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan sosialisasi atau edukasi tentang pencegahan anemia. Jumlah subyek kegiatan adalah 87 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan pertanyaan tentang materi yang telah disampaikan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengetahuan tentang pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Harun Asy-Syafi’i semakin meningkat setelah diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa sosialisasi tentang pencegahan anemia

Abstract

Organizational culture and work environment are things that have the potential to affect employee performance. The good or bad service in a health institution, especially a hospital, is partly caused by the performance of employees who comply with work procedures, including the service culture in the organization and workplace. Objective: To determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. Method: This research method is descriptive quantitative using a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 52 people who have permanent employee status. Results: The results of testing several variables with SPSS show that organizational culture has not been proven to have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value (0.438> 0.05). The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a significant effect (0.000 <0.05). The results of the F test of the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul, obtained an F-count of 10,084 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 so that Ha is accepted. Conclusion: Organizational culture has not been proven to have a significant effect on performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance.
