Abstract

The research was motivated by the fact that there were still errors in input in the application system tax resulting from miscalculation of PPh 4(2) at PT. Telkom Access the results of Fiscal Year observations 2023. The research objectives are 1) to find out the procedures for calculating, cutting, deposit, and reporting of Final Income Tax Article 4 (2) for PT construction services work. Telkom Access. 2) to find out whether there are differences in procedures implemented by PT.Telkom Access the provisions of tax regulations related to Final Income Tax Article 4 (2) above construction services work. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive analysis techniques. The population and research sample is PPh 4(2) transaction data for the 2023 Tax Year at PT. Telkom Access. The research results show that 1) Calculation procedures, deductions, payments and Final PPh 4(2) reporting implemented at PT. Telkom Access includes a) Process calculations and deductions; b) Reconciliation Process; c) Deposit/Payment Process; d) Process Reporting. 2) There are no significant differences regarding calculation procedures, deductions, deposit, and reporting of Final Income Tax 4 (2) for PT construction services work. Telkom Access with provisions of Final Income Tax regulations Article 4 (2) for construction services work. This means everything the procedure is in accordance with the regulations.

Abstract

Design and Build a Web-Based Tour & Travel Application is an application system that helps make it easier for users to process in booking Tour & Travel tickets. This Web-Based Tour & Travel Application System can be accessed by anyone, anywhere, and anytime as long as there is an internet network. Web-Based Tour & Travel Application System is an application built to improve services or services and promotional media for regional tours, making it easier for customers to book tour packages via the internet. This Web-Based Tour & Travel application was created using PHP and MySQL programming languages, and the method used to develop this system is the waterfall method, namely analysis, program design, code and test. With this, Design and Build a Tour & Travel Application can help introduce something or promote the development of a good tourist attraction so that many people are interested in coming to the attraction in the hope that it can help boost other sectors, such as: tourist visits, creative economy, opening up job opportunities, reducing unemployment.

Abstract

Malnutrition is a serious health problem in children under five in Indonesia. Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) has an important role in the prevention and control of malnutrition. This study aims to evaluate the role of Posyandu in the prevention and management of malnutrition in toddlers. Posyandu can also make referrals to higher health facilities if cases of malnutrition are found. The purpose of this study will be to test the nutritional status classification model of toddlers at Posyandu "ABC" by utilizing data mining techniques using the Decision Tree method of the C4.5 Algorithm. The results of the study show that the criteria of Age, Weight, Height and Parental Nutrition Knowledge play a role in monitoring the growth and development of toddlers, early detection of malnutrition, and providing nutrition education to mothers under five. Thus, the results of this study can be one of the strategies in preventing and overcoming malnutrition status in toddlers in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and job satisfaction on employee well-being at PT Candra Broadcast Mediantara. The research was motivated by the increasing work demands in the digital era, which affect employees’ ability to maintain work-life balance and experience job satisfaction—factors that play a critical role in determining employee well-being. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 32 active employees of the company. The data were processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results showed that, partially, Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee well-being, with a significance value of 0.024 < 0.05. Similarly, job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee well-being, with a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Work Life Balance and job satisfaction significantly affect employee well-being, as indicated by a significance value of 0.039. The coefficient of determination indicates that both independent variables jointly contribute 61.7% to employee well-being, while the remaining 38.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study.The implication of this research is the importance for companies to foster a work environment that supports work-life balance and enhances the dimensions of job satisfaction in order to achieve optimal employee well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee training and work motivation on employee performance at CV TOP KARGO UTAMA. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are employees of the company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results show that partially, employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation also has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, simultaneously, employee training and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.735, indicating that 73.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by employee training and work motivation simultaneously. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.630 suggests that the regression model used has a good level of fit. Based on these results, it is recommended that the company continue to improve the quality of training programs and pay attention to factors that influence work motivation in order to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload (X1) and work stress (X2) on courier performance (Y) at SPX Hub Kalideres. The research employed a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. The sample consisted of 35 respondents who were active couriers at SPX Hub Kalideres. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 through several tests, including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that workload (X1) has a positive and significant effect on courier performance (Y), indicated by a t-value of 2.946 greater than the t-table value of 2.447 with a significance level of 0.032, which is less than 0.05. Meanwhile, work stress (X2) has a negative but not significant effect on courier performance (Y), indicated by a t-value of -1.252 smaller than the t-table value of 2.447 with a significance level of 0.266, which is greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, workload (X1) and work stress (X2) do not significantly affect courier performance (Y), as shown by an F-value of 3.548 smaller than the F-table value of 6.94 with a significance level of 0.130, which is greater than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that workload is a more dominant factor influencing courier performance compared to work stress. This research is expected to provide input for SPX Indonesia’s management in designing human resource management strategies, particularly in workload management, to maintain optimal courier performance.
