Abstract

Tesis ini membahas tentang Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Ahli Waris Pemilik Sertifikat Hak Milik Nomor 1165/R/17/Ilir (Studi Kasus Putusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor:1729 K/Pdt/2016). Permasalahan dalam tesis ini tentang keabsahan akta jual beli yang cacat hukum, perlindungan hukum terhadap pihak ketiga sebagai pemenang lelang, dan Tanggung jawab PPAT terhadap penerbitan akta jual beli yang cacat hukum. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan secara yuridis normatif, tipe penelitian deskriptif analitis, dan metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Putusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 1729 K/Pdt/2016 yaitu akta jual beli yang tidak terpenuhinya unsur kesepakatan kehendak dan suatu sebab yang halal.mengakibatkan akta jual beli tersebut tidak sah atau cacat hukum. Perlindungan hukum terhadap pihak ketiga sebagai pemenang lelang atas objek sengketa ialah hasil putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor Republik Indonesia 1729 K/Pdt/2016 dimana pemenang lelang adalah pemilik sah atas kepemilikan tanah tersebut dengan dasar telah dikeluarkannya Risalah Lelang Nomor 10/2001. PPAT bertanggung jawab atas akta yang dibuatnya cacat hukum dengan dikenakan sanksi administratif dan sanksi perdata.Kata Kunci : Ahli Waris; Akta Jual Beli; PPAT; Perlindungan Hukum; Tanggung Jawab PPAT.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the flexibility of the wrists and the coordination of the eyes toward the precision of appendists in petanque province of lampung athletes. The method used in this study is corelational. The population in the study was a 20-person petanque provincial lampung athlete and sample technique using a total sampling technique. The data-collection technique used is a survey method using test and measurement based on the flexibility of the wrist by goniometer, whereas eye coordination involves a catch ball test and the precision of the pointing petanque. Research data analysis using product moment correlation analysis. This study suggests that: (1) there is a significant link between the flexibility of the wrist to the precision of the proportionate petanque with a value of rx?.y = 0,658> r(0,05)(18)= 0,468 (2) there is a significant link between hand eye coordination of the precision of certain petanque with a value of rx?.y= 0,657> r(0,05)(18)= 0,468 (3) there is a significant connection between the elasticity of the wrist and coordination eye hand the precision of the proportionate petanque with a value of rx?.x?.y= 0,924 > r(0,05)(18)= 0,468. Thus it can be concluded that there was a significant connection between the flexibility of the wrist and the coordination of the eye toward the precision of appendization in the jokers of the subordinate province of petanque.

Abstract

Wardah has built a reputation for itself as a manufacturer of premium, halal cosmetics in an effort to attract a wider audience and increase sales. Finding out how BPOM and Halal labels affect product quality and customer happiness among Wardah cosmetics customers is one goal of this study; another is to determine whether factors related to price influence the buying decision of those who purchase Wardah cosmetics. As part of the research, 105 people who regularly use Wardah cosmetics were asked to fill out a survey. Consumer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was shown to have a favorable and statistically significant effect on overall satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly affected by the brand image variable. A similar favorable and statistically significant relationship existed between service quality and customer happiness with Wardah cosmetics. In addition, customer satisfaction with Wardah cosmetics was positively and significantly impacted by the following factors: product quality, brand image, and service quality.

Abstract

Employee happiness at five-star hotels in Surakarta is the target of this research, which intends to examine the impact of transformational leadership pay on this variable. There are 98 people working at five-star hotels in the Surakarta region who make up the study's population. Pay, transformasional leadership, and contentment in one's work environment are the study factors. Questionnaires served as the main data source for this investigation. Data was analyzed with the help of SPSS 25. According to the findings, the two most important factors influencing an employee's level of work satisfaction are financial pay and transformational leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, kemudian apa saja faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dan apa saja solusi yang ditawarkan bagi guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SDN Inpres 2 Lanta. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap guru yang mengajar dan berpengalaman di SDN Inpres 2 Lambu. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Guru dapat melakukan banyak hal, seperti memilih metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, menciptakan suasana kelas yang menyenangkan, dan memberikan penghargaan atau apresiasi atas usaha dan prestasi siswa. Dengan metode yang tepat, guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan menyenangkan sehingga siswa lebih termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pendidikan. Namun, guru menghadapi banyak tantangan ketika melakukannya. Di antaranya adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah, rendahnya minat belajar dari siswa sendiri, dan dampak dari lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar yang kurang mendukung. Melengkapi sarana belajar yang memadai, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan menyenangkan, serta menyelenggarakan evaluasi pembelajaran secara berkala untuk memantau dan mengendalikan hasil belajar siswa merupakan cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of education on the economic empowerment of women in Lampung Province during the 2019 to 2023 period. Despite advancements in educational access, significant gender disparities persist in Indonesia, particularly in Lampung, affecting women's participation in the workforce and political decision-making and contributing to wage gaps. This research aims to analyze how different levels of education influence women's political participation, their involvement in the labor force, and the proportion of their wages relative to men. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach with panel data regression analysis, the study utilizes secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) across 15 regencies/cities in Lampung. Key findings reveal that while higher education (university level) significantly boosts women's labor force participation and wage proportion, secondary education (SMA) plays a more dominant role in fostering political engagement. Furthermore, the study confirms a persistent gender wage gap, with men's participation having a larger impact on wage proportion. These results underscore the critical role of education in women's empowerment and advocate for targeted policies to enhance educational access, promote equitable wages, and address systemic discrimination to achieve sustainable gender equality in Lampung

Abstract

Keamanan suatu factor yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan dokumen rekam medis. Ruang penyimpanan rekam medis dapat dikatakan baik apabila ruangan tersebut menjamin keamanan sehingga terhindar dari ancaman kehilangan, kelalaian, bencana, dan segala sesuatu yang sangat dapat membahayakan rekam medis. Salah satu penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskritif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari segi keamanan ruang rekam medis di RSIA Tiara Fatrin Palembang belum terjaga keamanan karena ruangan tidak terkunci, Selain itu juga tidak adanya APAR di dalam ruang filing .Untuk kebersihan ruangan dilakukan dengan cara di sapu dan dipel sedangkan berkasnya tidak dilakukan pembersihan.Untuk aspek kerahasiaanya masih sering perawat atau tenaga medis selain petugas rekam medis yang masuk ke ruang filing untuk mengembalikan atau menanyakan berkas rekam medis pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee training and work motivation on employee performance at CV TOP KARGO UTAMA. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are employees of the company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results show that partially, employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation also has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, simultaneously, employee training and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.735, indicating that 73.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by employee training and work motivation simultaneously. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.630 suggests that the regression model used has a good level of fit. Based on these results, it is recommended that the company continue to improve the quality of training programs and pay attention to factors that influence work motivation in order to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.
