Abstract

In the body is needed a balanced amount of stomach acid, excessive stomach acid causes erosion of the gastric mucosa causing pain in the epigastric area and causing gastritis. The elderly with gastritis are a vulnerable population and changes in the lifestyle of the elderly discomfort due to gastritis which often recurs due to peptic ulcers. The purpose of this study was to be able to provide and apply nursing care in the elderly with gastritis. Descriptive quantitative research method, a sample of 3 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used is a nursing care sheet, the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis. The findings of the study were obtained from the assessment of complaints felt between client 1, client 2 and client 3 at the time of the assessment had similarities where there were complaints of pain in the heartburn, pain felt like being stabbed, pain was lost, pain caused by poor diet. Nursing diagnoses include acute pain, knowledge deficit, nausea and anxiety. Nursing action planning and nursing implementation are carried out based on observation, therapeutic, education and co-widening. Nursing evaluation found that the nursing problems experienced by 12 patients were resolved.

Abstract

Aging is a process that occurs continuously and causes several changes in the body that will affect functions that can increase cholesterol levels in the body. This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between diet and cholesterol levels in the elderly in Tenggela Village, Tilango District. The research design used an analytic survey method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample was the elderly who lived in the village of Tenggela. Methods of data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the Chi-Square analysis test obtained a p value of 0.000 which is smaller than a value of 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of cholesterol in the elderly in Tenggela Village, Tilango District. Suggestions for the village government It is necessary to improve education in the form of socialization for the elderly or families about how to prevent hypercholesterolemia in the elderly

Abstract

Arthritis gout, or gout, is an excruciating type of arthritis resulting from metabolism in the body caused by the accumulation of crystals in the joints so that uric acid levels in the body are high. The study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the behavior of preventing arthritis gout in the elderly in the working area of the tapa health center. Type of quantitative method. Desainya Cross Sectional. In this research, there were 50 respondents. Total sampling technique. This collection uses a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that most respondents have a good family role, as many as 45 respondents (90.00%) and less good five respondents (10.00%) and good prevention behavior 44 respondents (88.00%) and less good six respondents (12.00%). The results of the chi-square statistical test (P-Value = 0.000 <0.05. The role of the family and preventive behavior can be concluded in support so that families can recognize the health problems of family members with arthritis gout and make decisions to take appropriate health actions for their family members. Abstract

Perawatan post partum perlu dilakukan secara menyeluruh walaupun padaumumnya ibu yang melahirkan dalam keadaan sehat, tetapi kadang juga ditemukan adanya masalah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran pengetahuan tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada ibu post partum di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampel yaitu sebanyak 48 ibu post partum. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian responden yaitu ibu post partum mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yaitu sebanyak 34 orang (70,8%). bagi ibu post partum lebih giat untuk mencari informasi tambahan baik melalui media cetak maupun media elektronik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang PHBS pada masa nifas serta dapat mengaplikasikan cara membersihkan vulva dan perineum dengan benar saat kembali ke rumah.
