Abstract

Kemampuan motorik kasar anak masih rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untukmeningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak. Jenis Penelitian yaitupenelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian anak TK Al Hikmah kelompokB2, jumlah anak 14 orang tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian dilakukan 1siklus, masing-masing siklus 3 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan dataobservasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian siklus I menunjukkan hasilpositif, terlihat dari persentase keberhasilan setiap indikatornya. Hasil rataratatingkat keberhasilan anak melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yangtelah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Kenyataan di lapangan memberikan gambaran bahwa selama pembelajaran berlangsung sebagian besar siswa kurang aktif, mereka akan aktif apabila diberikan tugas, tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru, banyak siswa yang tidak selesai dalam mengerjakan soal sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Siswa juga tampak tidak bermotivasi pada pelajaran matematika. Selain tumbuhnya motivasi, guru juga harus membangkitkan motivasi yang ada dalam diri siswa agar terangsang untuk mempelajari materi serta ingin memahami pelajaran lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII 2 SMPN 12 Pekanbaru pada materi lingkaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasannya, diperoleh kesimpulan Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada materi lingkaran terbukti meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII 2 SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada materi lingkaran terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas VIII 2 SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis, dengan data penelitian kepustakaan yang dibagi menjadi sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder yang di dapat melalui mengumpulkan bahan pustaka, Memilih bahan pustaka yang dijadikan sumber data primer, Membaca bahan pustaka yang telah dipilih secara manual, setelah itu dilakukan analisis kualitatif secara penafsiran. Dari hasil penelitian didapati bahwa bentuk nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung di dalam surat Al-An’am ayat 151-153 menurut tafsir Al-Misbah, yaitu; a) religius, b) jujur, c) tanggung jawab, d) kepedulian social, e) santun dan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung di dalam surat Al-An’am ayat 151-153 dalam tafsir al-Misbah dapat diimplementasikan melalui pembelajaran di kelas. Dimana guru sebagai model dari akhlak yang diajarkan dan pembentukan lingkungan sekolah yang berakhlaqul karîmah, kemudian relavansi pendidikan karakter dalam tafsir al-Misbah terhadap kurikulum PAI di kelas dapat dilihat dalam dua sisi, yakni materi dan proses pembelajaran. Dari segi materi Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat tercakup nilai pendidikan karakter. Pada dasarnya karakter memiliki esensi dan makna yang sama dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuannya adalah membentuk karakter anak, supaya menjadi manusia yang baik, warga masyarakat dan warga negara yang baik. Jadi di dalam PAI mengandung muatan nilai-nilai karakter sesuai dengan esensi pendidikan karakter. Berdasarkan karakteristik keduanya menemukan titik temunya, yaitu sama-sama menanamkan nilai karakter dan mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga melahirkan generasi yang berkepribadian tangguh

Abstract

Cataract is muddiness that happen on the lens aye which if long continuously will cause the blind. Based on the result of survey the National of Necessity 2013, the National of Necessity rate as big as 0,4%. Cataract is caused the high of blind with the rate of happening as big as 0,1%. This research aim to know the factors that influence of cataract happen. This design of research is cross sectional. Theamountof research sample is51 respondents. The data collected with the search data, interview and questioner. The result of bivariate analyze that are all variable that examined: age, gender, job, and diabetes mellitus status that showed there has a meaning relationship with cataract happen. The result of multivariate analyze showed there has two variable most influence to the cataract happen, that is: age (p=0,000), and status DM (p=0,000). Abstract

Merokok merupakan salah satu masalah yang sulit dipecahkan. Sehingga merokok harus ditangani sebagai usaha sedini mungkin dengan pemberian informasi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh informasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang bahaya merokok. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasy eksperimen pre-pos tes dengan rancangan Two Group pre-pos tes.  Populasi pada penelitian ini  berjumlah  87 siswa dan sampel 32 responden dengan pengambilan sampel secara  random dan analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kelompok eksperimen  0,001 (p<0,05) dan kelompok kontrol 0,164 (p<0,05). Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh informasi kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja di MAN 1 Pohuwato.

Abstract

Family support is very important in fostering a healthy life. The aim of this research identifying the “The Relationship Level Of Knowledge And Status Economy With The Family Support In Patients With Schizophrenia”. Descriptive quantitative research design form comparative with the sample of 33 respondents. Instrument knowledge level, status economy with the family support by using questioner. The result showed no correlation with the level of knowledge with family support (p=0,001;α=0,05) and there is a correlation with the support of family economic status (p=0,001;α=0,05) in caring for family members of patients with schizophrenia in Puskesmas Mongolato. The research recommends the importance of mental health education programs to families who care for pasients with a history of schizophrenia.

Abstract

Clean and health life is habit is a reflection of the head of family who always looks after the healthy condition in home. It is done by his awareness and can cause the members of a family take active participation in healthy activities. When we do not get used to live healthy, the will be many deaseas cause by the people in society. The design in this study in descriptive correlation.  The population is 969 head of family with the sample 87 respondents. The analysis used is chi square test. The result showsthat there is a relation of background knowledge of head of the family with clean and healthy life habit in p<0,005. It is suggested to the nurses to be consistenly active in giving sosialitation of the importance of clean and healthy life habit.

Abstract

Spirituality further increased in older people because the elderly have more time for religious activities and seek to understand the religion. Spirituality is one of the parameters that affect quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship of spirituality to the the quality of life of the elderly in the village Pontolo. The  correlation descriptive study design, sample size of 69 people with a total sampling methods, research instruments such as questionnaires and analysis of test data using Spearmen Rank (Rho). The results showed respondents with spirituality being the 36 respondents (52.2%), high spirituality as much as 33 respondents (47.8%), quality of life pretty as much as 30 respondents (43.5%), and a good quality of life for as many as 39 respondents (56.5%), ρ-value=0.000 with a correlation coefficient showing results=0.606 (Positive) which indicates a strong and direct relationship between the two variables. The Conclusion in this research is relationship between spirituality with elderlylife quality in the village Pontolo,  Sub-district of Kwandang, North Gorontalo.

Abstract

Increasing the popolation of mental disorders, making a variety of health problems and diseases that are typical in humans are increasing. The way to control the recurrence of sensory hallucinatory perception disturbances is by dhikr technique. Dhikr is the highest commemoration of prayer, in which there are various strengths and great benefits to our lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dzikir technique on recurrence rate in sensory auditory sensory perception patients at Tombulilato Bone Bolango Hospital, Gorontalo. This research design uses one group pretest postest research design that aims to reveal the cause of effect on one group of subjects that will be observed before the intervention and then re-observation after the intervention. The sample in this study were 22 patients of auditory hallucinations. The result of research shows that there is the effect of dzikir technique on the recurrence rate of sensory perception of auditory hallucinations in RSUD Tombulilato Subdistrict Bone Raya Bone Bolango District because P value = 0.000 (p <O, 005).

Abstract

The decrease in physical function has an impact on psychosocial disorders in the elderly, this can be overcome by increasing family support. The purpose of this researcy is to determine the correlation of decreased physical function and family support with psychosocial disorders in the elderly. This research method uses survey-analytic with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all the elderly who lived in the Piloloda Village with a sample of 55 elderly and the sampling technique used purposive sampling and analyzed with the chi square test. The results indicates that the majority of the elderly's physical function decreased by 69.1%, 80% less family support, and 76.4% less psychosocial disorders with a significant p = 0,000 <α = 0.05. it is concluded that there is a correlation of decreased physical function with psychosocial disorders in the elderly and there is a correlation of family support with psychosocial disorders in the elderly.
