Abstract

The hospital is a workplace that is very loaded with potential hazards to the health and safety of its workers, one of the hazards is fire. The risk of fire in hospitals has a fairly high level of danger compared to other places. Therefore, a fire management system is needed that can prevent and deal with fires such as management policies, organization and procedures, identification and analysis of fire risks, evaluation of fire risks, coaching and training, fire protection facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between perceptions of the completeness of the fire safety system, knowledge and attitudes with fire risk preparedness at Tamansari West Jakarta Hospital in 2023. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in August 2022─May 2023 at Tamansari Hospital, West Jakarta. The population of this study are employees who work in Tanabsari Hospital services. With the Slovin formula, the research sample was obtained, namely 114 respondents with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. This study used the chi square statistical test using SPSS 22. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was tested on 10 respondents who were estimated to have good insight and in accordance with the theme studied in January 2023. The results showed that fire risk preparedness with statistical test results obtained a value continuity correction 1,000, knowledge obtained a value of 0.000 and attitude obtained a value of 0.023 (p-value <0.05). This value states that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes and fire risk preparedness, but there is no relationship between the completeness of the fire safety system and fire risk preparedness. It is hoped that they will be able to take part in Building Fire Safety Management training in order to increase their knowledge and attitude in fire emergency evacuation.

Abstract

Mimika is one of the regency in Indonesia that has a fairly high death rate, this indicates that there is a need to implement basic life support so that people have knowledge of the application of Basic Life Assistance (BHD). The research design used in this research is mixed methods research. with a cross-sectional approach. Data processing techniques through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The population and sample in this research are the community in Mimika Regency and the Public Safety Center (PSC) in Mimika Regency. Qualitative data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Quantitative analysis techniques are carried out using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of implementing Basic Life Assistance (BHD) by the Public Service Center (PSC) in providing basic life assistance services to the community in Timika City includes; (1) Training and Certificates, (2) Accessibility and Availability of Equipment, (3) Community Socialization and Education, (4) Monitoring and Evaluation, (5) Cooperation and Partnership. The role of the community is an important key in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of Basic Life Support (BHD) by the Public Service Center (PSC) in Timika City. (1) Active participation in BHD training, (2) Becoming a volunteer, (3) Disseminating information, (4) Providing moral support, and (5) Providing input and feedback. Responsiveness factor has no influence but Reliability (X2), Communication (X3), Skill (X4) influences the application of basic life support (Y)by PSC in providing Basic Life Assistance services for the Community in Timika City. Knowledge and knowledge influence the implementation of Basic Life Support (Y) in the community in Timika City.

Abstract

Epidemiological surveillance is currently a very important element in facing the challenges of managing infectious diseases that continue to grow. Infectious diseases such as dengue fever (DHF), tuberculosis (TB), and new emerging or re- emerging diseases pose a serious threat to public health (MOH, 2024) . At the local level, such as in Serang District, weaknesses in the surveillance system can hinder the control of infectious diseases that have dynamic patterns of spread. The findings in the field are (a) the high incidence of infectious diseases which are still a serious challenge for the community. Diseases such as dengue, tuberculosis, and diarrhea continue to show incidence patterns that require special attention. (b) Epidemiological surveillance is a very important tool in detecting, monitoring and responding to the spread of disease quickly and accurately. The purpose of the study was to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in the organizational plan and examine the external environment and to identify opportunities and threats to the epidemiological surveillance program in controlling infectious diseases and PD3I in Serang District. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. The strategies carried out are supporting DHO policies, increasing the use of information technology to accelerate information, and coordination with stakeholders related to infectious diseases and PD3Is. Then the need for appropriate technological innovation in the use of applications, the need for regular training, and adding technological infrastructure such as computers and cell phones. And the need for coordination with other related agencies, new disease information to be fast, and coordination with the promkes section. As well as remote health facilities need to be fostered regularly and the use of technology in an appropriate manner.

Abstract

Introduction: Patient satisfaction with community health center services is related to good guarantees, service quality and responsiveness. Dissatisfaction with service procedures and the comfort of the service environment can make patients not return to the health center and have a big influence on the satisfaction of outpatients at the health center. Objectives: The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the queuing system and optimization of health services on patient satisfaction at the Cipayung Community Health Center, Depok City in 2024. Method: Quantitative research method with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study was 300 outpatients at the health center at one time. The sample test used was using the Slovin formula and a sample of 75 samples was obtained. The data used is primary data distributed through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. Result: Based on the research results, it shows that there is a relationship between the queuing system, p-value = 0.015 (p<0.05), there is a relationship between optimizing health services, p-value = 0.008 (p<0.05) with patient satisfaction at the Cipayung Community Health Center, Depok City. Conclution: The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the queuing system and optimizing health services on patient satisfaction at the UPTD of Cipayung Health Center, Depok City in 2024.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien ialah metrik penting untuk menilai kualitas layanan. Pasien yang mencari pengobatan mengharapkan layanan yang ramah, responsif, akurat, dan kinerja sumber daya manusia yang dapat bisa. Untuk menumbuhkan kepuasan pasien, klinik harus memberikan layanan yang sejalan dengan standar yang ditetapkan maupun memenuhi harapan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara waktu tunggu pelayanan dan perilaku caring perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, melibatkan 89 responden yang dipilih secara insidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 70% responden merasa waktu tunggu sesuai dengan standar, dan 81% responden merasakan perilaku caring yang baik dari perawat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara waktu tunggu dan perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien, dengan nilai p < 0,05. penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan perilaku caring perawat dan pengurangan waktu tunggu dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi Klinik Pratama Tjakra dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan
