Abstract

Abstract. Employee performance is something that influences the achievement of goals in an organization. Poor employee performance stems from many factors that influence the organization. In this case, the application of organizational culture and organizational communication is the most influential factor in achieving the performance of an organization. The purpose of this research is to explain the magnitude of the influence of the application of organizational culture and organizational co mmunication on employee performance in the Government section of the Regional Secretariat of Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is a verification method and Survey with a quantitative approach. The data source used in the research is primary data. The sampling technique used in the research was non-probability sampling using convenience sampling techniques. The results obtained from this research prove that the application of organizational culture and organizational communication influences employee performance. Abstrak. Kinerja pegawai merupakan suatu hal yang mempengaruhi tercapainya tujuan dalam sebuah organisasi. Kinerja pegawai yang buruk bermula dari banyak nya faktor yang mempengaruhi organisasi. Dalam hal ini penerapan budaya organisasi dan komunikasi organisasi merupakan suatu faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam pencapaian kinerja suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan besarnya pengaruh penerapan budaya organisasi dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dan Survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah non-probability sampling dengan mengunakan teknik convience sampling. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini membuktikan Penerapan Budaya Organisasi dan Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution in the Financial Services Sector (LAPS-SJK) is an institution that facilitates dispute resolution through non-litigation channels with the principles of justice and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to determine how to resolve insurance disputes through Mediation and Arbitration services at LAPS-SJK such as the Regulations and Procedural Process briefly. This study uses a normative legal research method with qualitative data analysis techniques, then the results of the study are presented in a scientific paper that describes the role and mechanism of LAPS-SJK in resolving insurance disputes. The research results show that although LAPS-SJK aims to provide affordable fees, until now there has been no transparency regarding the fee structure charged for various types of disputes which can be an obstacle for less fortunate parties. This study also shows that dispute resolution through Mediation and Arbitration can be an effective solution to reduce insurance disputes in Indonesia. It is important to increase socialization regarding this mechanism so that more parties use the existing alternative dispute resolution
