Abstract

Proses pembelajaran dibutuhkan seorang guru profesional yaitu guru yang benar-benar menguasai bidang yang diampu dan mampu membelajarkannya, karena guru adalah sebuah profesi dimana profesi tersebut merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dan penting dalam menentukan kemajuan sebuah bangsa. Dalam peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No. 74 Tahun 2008 dan Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007 telah disebutkan apa saja yang termasuk kompetensi-kompetensi keguruan khususnya kompetensi pedagogik guru sains sekolah satu atap Indonesia Makkah Saudi Arabia. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memperoleh strategi yang efektif guna peningkatan kompetensi pedagogic guru sains yang ada di sekolah Indonesia Makkah karena tenaga pengajar masih ada yang tidak linier antara pendidikan dengan jenjang yang diampu. Deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data yang berupa fakta-fakta dari hasil penelitian yang tidak berwujud angka, melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dikatakan berkompeten dengan terpenuhinya penguasaan terhadap indikator kompetensi pedagogik yaitu: menguasai karakteristik peserta didik dari aspek fisik, moral, spiritual, sosial,kultural, emosional, dan intelektual, menguasi teori belajar dan prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik, mengembangkan kurikulum terkait dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu, menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang mendidik, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk kepentingan pembelajaran, memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan potensi yang dimiliki, berkomunikasi secara efektif, empatik, dan santun terhadap peserta didik, menyelenggarakan penilaian dan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the Child-Friendly School Program at the Sekar Tanjung Early Childhood Education Center in Semarang City, including its planning, implementation, and supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the school principal, educators, and parents as informants. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Child-Friendly School Program has been well-planned through the formation of an implementation team, socialization of children's rights, and the development of Child-Friendly School Program policies. This was achieved through planning in the form of child rights education, child involvement in learning, and the integration of Child-Friendly School Program principles into the daily learning implementation plan. The implementation of Child-Friendly School Program includes teacher understanding, educator training, the use of learning facilities, child participation, cooperation with parents and external parties, and protection against violence. Supporting factors include the commitment of school principals and teachers, management of facilities and infrastructure, parent participation, and support from the education office. The inhibiting factors are limited human resources and facilities and infrastructure, which still require further development.

Abstract

Indonesia's tourism industry is growing rapidly, although it still faces challenges in infrastructure, quality of Human Resources (HR), and environmental preservation. In Gununggajah Village, the Gumbregah Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) manages Bukit Cinta Watu Prahu to improve the local economy through community participation, despite limited resources and skills. This study aims to describe the role of BUMDes, the obstacles faced, and community participation in managing Bukit Cinta Watu Prahu tourism. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach in data collection with research subjects including the BUMDes chairman, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes treasurer, village head and 2 community members. This study uses a qualitative approach in data collection with observation, interview and documentation methods. Data validity techniques use source methods, techniques and theories. The results of the study show that BUMDes has played a good role in managing Bukit Cinta Watu Prahu tourism. The role of BUMDes as a facilitator, mediator, motivator and dynamic has succeeded in creating synergy between the government, community, and local economic sectors. Despite challenges such as limited infrastructure and human resources, BUMDes is able to encourage active community participation in tourism management, improve service quality, and maintain environmental sustainability. In addition, tourism management based on mutual cooperation and the use of results for improving facilities and empowering the local economy has had a positive impact on the Gununggajah Village community.

Abstract

Community service was carried out to improve financial literacy and entrepreneurial spirit in participants, namely Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan. The implementation of this activity was attended by 20 participants and took place at the Indonesian Trade and Economic Office in Taipei, Taiwan. The problem experienced by partners was the lack of ability to plan finances while working as Indonesian workers in Taiwan, so that when they retire there was no business or business to manage. Usually Indonesian migrant workers send income while in Taiwan to their families in Indonesia as daily living expenses and to build a house. The program methods used in this activity include partner observation, preparation, training and evaluation. During the implementation, a questionnaire was distributed in the form of a google form. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge about financial management for Indonesian migrant workers reaching 85%, an increase in skills in making entrepreneurial plans by 80% and motivation to become entrepreneurs after returning from Taiwan by 95%.
