Abstract

Alfamart is one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia engaged in minimarkets.The company was founded in 1989 and has more than 17,000 outlets throughout Indonesia.Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, data security at PTSumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is very important. This research was made to study securitymanagement at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in improving the security of data systems. The results show that system security managementat PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk is animportant priority to protect sensitive information such as customer data and company finances because PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk has a lot of customer information that mustbe keptconfidential toavoid datatheft byunauthorized parties.responsible.

Abstract

The threat to vital objects and file security is rapidly evolving. Cybercriminals are becoming more cunning and skilled at exploiting security vulnerabilities in digital systems. In order to enhance cybersecurity, a thorough analysis of the threats faced in the digital environment and the applicable solutions is necessary. The objectives of this research are to analyze vital objects, identify key challenges in protecting them from cyber attacks, evaluate and propose measures and strategies to improve file security, and examine case studies related to threats and solutions in the digital environment.This research adopts a qualitative approach using interview and observation techniques. Potential cybercrime threats in Indonesia include hacking, cracking, cyber sabotage, and spyware. The risk management process involves identifying, assessing, treating, and controlling risks. To anticipate these threats, it is essential to have technology experts who support the development of advanced national defense systems and establish a cybersecurity command center.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload and work culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is SEM SmartPLS 3.0. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from a questionnaire created via Google Forms and distributed to employees of PT Erima Baja Jaya. The population in this study was 91 people with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The tests carried out in this research were reliability, validity, t test and f test. The results of this research are: 1) Workload has no positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya and 2) Work culture has no positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Erima Baja Jaya.
