Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of company development so that financial performance can then be assessed. The company's financial performance is the achievement achieved from achieving the company's goals. Likewise, manufacturing companies want to know developments that occur each period. So that in the end the company is able to produce policies that have a positive impact, achieve its goals, and grow good prospects for the company's future. Through financial report analysis, the company's financial performance can be interpreted. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach carried out using calculations on qualitative data in the form of financial reports. These financial reports are secondary data obtained from each company's annual report. Meanwhile, the analytical tool used in this research is financial ratio analysis consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios, using the time series analysis method. In general, the results of this analysis show that the financial condition of each manufacturing company analyzed is quite good. This is proven by the company's ability to deal with various events that have the potential to be detrimental to the company which the company can overcome.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan adalah kombinasi dari kesadaran, pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan perilaku yang dibutuhkan seseorang untuk membuat keputusan keuangan yang terinformasi dan pada akhirnya mencapai kesejahteraan keuangan pribadi mereka. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi dan kecerdasan finansial terhadap ketahanan finansial pekerja yang di-PHK. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Fun World di Surabaya. Hasil pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh salah satu karyawan mengatakan prinsip awal siap menuntut PHK karena dunia hiburan akan ditutup tanpa batas waktu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the detection of compliance audits of inventory accounting information systems at retail stores through internal control. An inventory accounting information system is a critical element of retail store operations, and adherence to proper procedures is critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of inventory data. The research method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review related to compliance audit detection. This research also includes a case study to illustrate the application of internal control in the detection of compliance audits in inventory accounting information systems. By implementing proper internal controls, retail stores can minimize the risk of fraud, errors, and losses associated with inventory. This research also shows the need for increased awareness and understanding regarding audit compliance detection among auditors and accounting professionals involved in the retail industry.
