Abstract

Customer loyalty and satisfaction are two critical elements that greatly affect the performance and sustainability of companies in today's competitive market. This study aims to analyze the role of marketing strategies in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction. Given that effective marketing strategies not only affect customer perceptions but can also form long-term relationships between customers and companies, it is important to understand how the strategies implemented can affect these two aspects. Through this study, we explored various marketing strategy components such as market segmentation, targeting, brand positioning, and relationship marketing, and how they contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results show that an integrated marketing strategy that focuses on customer needs and wants significantly increases customer satisfaction, which in turn strengthens their loyalty. Using quantitative analysis methods through surveys and linear regression, this study provides empirical insights into the relationship between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as implications for marketing practices in various industry sectors.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pendidikan adalah untuk menciptakan manusia yang berkualitas. Kualitas manusia yang dibutuhkan oleh bangsa Indonesia pada masa yang akan datang adalah yang mampu menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dengan bangsa lain di dunia. Kualitas manusia Indonesia tersebut dihasilkan melalui penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang bermutu oleh intansi pendidikan itu sendiri. Faktor sumber daya manusia juga tidak lepas dari faktor kepemimpinan itu sendiri. Kepemimpinan dipandang sangat penting karena dua hal : pertama, adanya kenyataan bahwa penggantian pemimpin seringkali mengubah kinerja suatu unit, instansi atau organisasi. Kedua, hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan organisasi adalah kepemimpinan, mencakup proses kepemimpinan pada setiap jenjang organisasi, kompetensi dan tindakan pemimpin yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of integration between Islamic education and sharia law in building the character of the young generation who have noble morals and have strong legal awareness. With a theoretical and practical approach, this study explores how the Islamic education curriculum can be aligned with the values ​​of sharia law through holistic learning methods. This study also presents a case study of the successful implementation of this integration in several educational institutions in Indonesia.
