Abstract

Dusun Banjarmlati Kelurahan Sukowinanguan yang terletak di Kecamatan Magetan Kabupaten Magetan merupakan wilayah penghasil kerupuk puli. Terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi para pengusaha kerupuk puli dalam meningkatkan kemampuan usaha, salah satunya yaitu tidak menggunakan proses pencatatan laporan keuangan atau pembukuan. Hal ini menyebabkan pengusaha kerupuk puli tidak bisa mengetahui biaya operasional bahkan laporan laba rugi pada usaha yang telah dijalankan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan melibatkan secara langsung para pengusaha kerupuk puli bagaimana proses implementasi pencatatan laporan keuangan pada Industri kerupuk puli di Dusun Banjarmlati, terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan usaha. Metode yang digunakan melalui survey awal dan wawancara, serta penyampaian materi kepada pengusaha kerupuk puli. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pendampingan atas penyusunan pencatatan laporan keuangan dengan teknik pembukuan sederhana, perhitungan laba/rugi, serta adanya kerja sama MoA dan MoU kepada Kepala Desa.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the employee payroll system at Perumda LT Magetan Regency. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection method uses interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research conclude that the Perumda LT employee payroll system is running quite well and effectively, but there are weaknesses in manual attendance which is less effective, making it possible for fraud to occur and errors in the employee payroll system.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship, social environment, financial literacy, and e-commerce courses on students' entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources. The population of this research is students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in 2020 and 2021 at PGRI Madiun University, with a total of 982 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling—data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses mediating and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM PLS) methods. The research results show that entrepreneurship courses do not have a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. In contrast, the social environment, financial literacy, e-commerce, and self-efficacy have a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Self-efficacy mediates the social environment, financial literacy, and e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest. These findings contribute to the entrepreneurship literature by highlighting the central role of self-efficacy as a mediator, particularly its ability to amplify the effects of external factors such as social environment, financial literacy, and e-commerce.Keywords: e-commerce; entrepreneurship course; entrepreneurial interest; financial literacy; self-efficacy; social environment
