Abstract

The link between financial literacy and public access to financial institutions proves that financial literacy has a very important role for society to lead to financial prosperity. In addition, financial literacy makes it easier for individuals and businesses to manage their finances. East Koya is one of the very fertile agricultural areas with producing plantations and also chicken and cattle farms. Much of the income from these farmers has not been used properly and there is a lack of understanding of the farmers in managing existing family finances. The method of training in family financial management in order to increase financial literacy used includes various lectures as an introduction to understanding the principles of financial literacy, especially family finance in improving family businesses. To ensure participants can understand the learning outcomes, at the end of this training a simple survey to test the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior in managing family finances. The conclusion that can be drawn in managing family finances in order to increase financial literacy in farmer groups in East Koya is that this training can provide increased understanding or level of financial literacy to families in planning and managing their finances properly. Abstract

Tujuan laporan HAKIM ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran produk tabungan emas PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC BAJAK berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah nasabah. Laporan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam laporan HAKIM ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi serta teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari laporan HAKIM ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC BAJAK dengan menggunakan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yaitu strategi produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang/SDM, bukti fisik dan proses. Adapun kendala pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC BAJAK khususnya pada strategi promosi sehingga PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC BAJAK kurang melakukan sosialisasi atau edukasi kepada masyarakat sekitar mengenai apa itu tabungan emas, apa manfaatnya dan lain-lain, karena masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengerti mengenai produk tabungan emas dan sebaiknya, sebelum melakukan sosialisasi sebaiknya PT Pegadaian (Persero) UPC BAJAK membuat suatu ide atau rencana untuk mengedukasi masyarakat agar tertarik menggunakan produk tabungan emas pegadaian.

Abstract

The training on making fish balls and business management in Tobati Village aims to increase family income through the development of skills and knowledge in the food industry. This program is designed to empower the local community by providing practical skills in making fish balls as well as knowledge in business management. Through this training, it is hoped that participants can develop fish ball businesses independently, improve product quality, and optimize local marketing. The results of this training are expected to make a significant contribution to increasing family income, as well as improving welfare and economic development in Tobati Village
