Abstract

Dana desa ini diharapkan pemerintah kampung dan instansi teknis dapat mewujudkan visi Pemerintah Kota Jayapura yang beriman, mandiri, bersatu, modern, sejahtera berbasis kearifan lokal.  Kota Jayapura telah membentuk Badan Kewirausahaan Masyarakat (BKM) pada masing-masing kampung/desa/kelurahan agar dapat mengelola dana desa/kampung/kelurahan lebih efektif, efesien, tepat sasaran guna mendukung kegiatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik dan transparan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pengelolaan ADD dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat desa serta faktor-faktor pendorong dan penghambat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Optimalisasi Alokasi Dana Desa Dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan masyarakat  pada Kampung Tobati Kota Jayapura sudah berjalan tetapi belum maksimal, maka perlunya strategi.  STRATEGI (W-O) Membuat strategi yang memanfaatkan peluang untuk mengatasi kelemahan, yaitu terdiri atas: Kebijakan Pemerintah Kota yang menjadikan Kampung Tobati sebagai Kampung percontohan bagi pariwisata, hal ini merupakan peluang untuk menambah pendapatan atau kesejateraan keluarga. Adanya Bantuan Dana Desa, ADK, ADD yang rata-rata rutin tiap tahun.  Komitmen Pemerintah Kota dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan sektor perikanan khususnya budidaya keramba ikan  Sarana Transportasi yang sangat lancar dan baik, dan Bantuan Dana Prospek dari tahun 2016 dan 2017 untuk usaha Kios, Jualan Pinang, Jualan Sayur+Bumbu Dapur,  Jualan Minuman Dingin+Jas Jus, Jualan Nasi kuning, Usaha Kerajinan Tangan, Usaha Jualan Pulsa, Usaha Minyak Tanah+Bensin, Usaha Jaring. Peluang â?? peluang tesebut diatas menunjukkan bahwa kelemahan â?? kelemahan yang ada di Kampung Tobati dapat diatasi dengan baik karena peluang yang sangat dominan di Kampung tersebut. Oleh sebab itu perlunya kesadaran dari masyarakat setempat untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada bagi kesejahteraan keluarga dalam melakukan beberapa usaha yang sangat menjanjikan.

Abstract

The study aimed to examine the effect of the quality of board members' knowledge about budgets on regional financial oversight (APBD) with public policy transparency as a moderating variable that would strengthen or weaken those relationships. The analysis unit used in this study was a board member at the office of the Regional People's Representative Council (Assembly at provincial) of Papua Province, Jayapura regency Assembly at provincial, and Jayapura  Assembly at provincial. Data collection is done using direct surveys, and then hypothesis testing is tested empirically using multiple regression analysis. This study shows that the board's knowledge variables about the budget affect regional financial supervision (APBD). In addition, the study could also prove that the interaction between public policy transparency and the board's knowledge of budgets does not affect APBD oversight The main purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the quality of the knowledge of the members of the council about the budget on the supervision of regional finances (APBD). Then this study adds the transparency variable as a variable that will moderate the relationship between the board's knowledge of the budget and APBD supervision, so it is hoped that it will strengthen or weaken the relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method used is a survey research method. The unit of analysis used in this research is the council members at the Papua Province Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), Jayapura Regency DPRD, and Jayapura City DPRD. Data was collected by direct survey, then hypothesis testing was tested empirically using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the board's knowledge of the budget variable has an effect on regional financial supervision (APBD). In addition, this study finds that the interaction between the variable of public policy transparency and the board's knowledge of the budget does not affect the supervision of the APBD

Abstract

Upaya untuk menumbuhkembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan ini dilakukan karena semakin maju suatu negara semakin banyak orang yang terdidik dan banyak pula orang menganggur, maka semakin dirasakan pentingnya dunia wirausaha. Pembangunan akan lebih berhasil jika ditunjang oleh wirausahawan yang dapat membuka lapangan kerja karena kemampuan pemerintah sangat terbatas. Karakter dan jiwa wirausaha dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan, atau kompetensi. Orientasi pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki jiwa dan pengetahuan ekonomi tertentu untuk diciptakan dan berinovasi. Untuk menciptakan suatu usaha diperlukan perencanaan yang tepat dan terperinci karena perencanaan usaha merupakan alat untuk memastikan bahwa sebuah usaha dijalankan dengan benar dan tepat, yang mencakup pemilihan kegiatan yang akan dijalankan, bagaimana menjalankan, dan hal-hal lain untuk membantu tercapainya tujuan usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui norma subjektif tentang kewirausahaan, efeksi diri, lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan dan intensi berusaha pada pemuda remaja di Kotaraja dan Abepura. Metode Pengumpulan Data Metode pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan (a). Kuisioner (b) Wawancara.Data primer yang bersumber dari data pemuda remaja di wilayah Kotraja Abepura, alat analisis mengunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) Karakteristik responden menunjukkan 91% responden yang pernah mendapat pendidikan kewirausahaan sedangkan 9% belum pernah mendapat pendidikan kewirausahaan. responden laki-laki adalah 53% dan perempuan hanya 47% , umur responden pada umumnya antara 18-22 tahun dimana usia sekolah dan mahasiswa, dengan tingkat pendidikan SMA yaitu 46%. (2). Pengaruh variabel sikap terhadap intensi berwirausaha adalah tidak memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (3). Pengaruh variabel norma subjektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha adalah memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (4). Pengaruh variabel efeksi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha adalah memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (5). Pengaruh variabel lingkungan keluarga terhadap intensi berwirausaha adalah memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. (6). Pengaruh variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha adalah sebesar 41,9% sehingga dikatakan variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha remaja di wilayah Kotaraja dan Abepura.

Abstract

Analysis of the Influence of Leadership, Training, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch it aims to analyze the influence of leadership, training, and work motivation variables simultaneously and partially, as well as analyze which variables have the dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch. The population in this study are employees of PT. Bank Papua, Abepura Branch, with a total of 32 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample where all members of the population were sampled. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of leadership, training, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch. Partially, the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch, while the variables of training and work motivation have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch. Variables that have a dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Papua Abepura Branch is a leadership variable.

Abstract

Taxes and retribution are important things in supporting economy condition, especially for the state. The existence of socialization regarding taxes and the importance of paying taxes to traders/entrepreneurs is expected to increase their level of awareness, trust and compliance as taxpayers that will increase the awareness of paying taxes. When people have awareness, paying taxes will be done voluntarily, not compulsorily, thus helping local governments in maximizing tax revenues that can be used fully in the development process to improve people's welfare. The purpose of this activity is traders around the Cigombong Market, VIM Village in Jayapura City. Traders can know the importance of awareness in paying taxes and retribution in Jayapura City, and traders can practice how to pay taxes and retribution in Jayapura City. The results of this activity in general, include the achievement of objectives regarding knowledge, understanding the importance of taxes and retribution and practicing how to pay. There were 18 traders who came as participants. They are willing to continue this information to traders around Cigombong who did not have time to attend the socialization. Overall, the activity can run smoothly and success.Keywords: Socialization, Taxes, Retribution

Abstract

Ecoprint coloring technique is a category of stamping coloring techniques. The material used is usually in the form of plants can be leaves, flowers, stems, and roots that have certain criteria. One plant that can be used is leaves with downy criteria on the surface like teak leaves. To produce good ecoprint colors, you must consider the ecoprint dyeing technique, the type of textile material used, the type of fixation agent, the mass of the fixation substance to the length of the dyeing process. Alternative problem solving is done by conducting training in dyeing and ecoprinting so that farmers know and are able to utilize materials in the environment around Koya Koso and provide skills and mastery of small business management. The target in this service is a farmer group in Koya Koso through beginner entrepreneur training by utilizing natural materials for making ecoprints in farmer groups in Koya Koso, Jayapura City. Abstract

The implementation of this activity carries the theme Implementation of Church Management and Stewardship at the Gpdi Eben Haezer Kotaraja Church. The method of implementing activities is done through lectures. The solution in solving problems in improving services to the Eben Haezer Kotaraja GPdI congregation is to hold Church Management and Stewardship training at Eben Haezer Kotaraja Congregation. The result of this training will be a guidebook or handbook for church services starting from the Assembly, pulpit service, Pentecostal Men's Ministry (Pelrip), Pentecostal Women's Ministry (Pelwap), Pentecostal Children's Ministry (Pelnap), Pentecostal Youth Ministry (Pelrap), Sector A and Sector B leaders, Altar Servers, Church Diakonia Section, and Church Treasurer. The output target of the community service activity is a guidebook for the Management and Stewardship of the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) Eben Haezer Kotaraja Congregation.

Abstract

The training on making fish balls and business management in Tobati Village aims to increase family income through the development of skills and knowledge in the food industry. This program is designed to empower the local community by providing practical skills in making fish balls as well as knowledge in business management. Through this training, it is hoped that participants can develop fish ball businesses independently, improve product quality, and optimize local marketing. The results of this training are expected to make a significant contribution to increasing family income, as well as improving welfare and economic development in Tobati Village

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know and analyze the role of Department Industry, Trade and Cooperatives in empowering MSMEs for Indigenous Papuans (OAP), to know and analyze empowerment public have an impact on Papuan Indigenous People (OAP) entrepreneurship, and to know and analyze local culture influential towards Papuan Indigenous Entrepreneurship in Jayapura City. The analytical tools used on SEM with Smartpls. Empowerment of the Papuan Indigenous Micro-Business Community has been carried out by the Jayapura City Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs Service. Empowerment is carried out by encouraging and raising public awareness of the importance of developing potentials, taking real actions such as: Education, Training, Health Improvement, Capital Provision, Information, Employment, markets and other facilities assistance. Things that have not been done by the Jayapura City Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and MSMEs Service in empowering the Community, especially Papuan Indigenous Micro-entrepreneurs (OAP) are Steps to prevent Unbalanced Competition, and protect the weak. The results of statistical tests show that local culture directly influences empowerment public for indigenous Papuan MSMEs, local culture influences the entrepreneurial ability of indigenous Papuan MSMEs and the indirect influence is that local culture influences the entrepreneurial ability of indigenous Papuan MSMEs which is supported by community empowerment.
