Abstract

Abstract

This research applies the Fuzzy Tahani method to a decision support system for evaluating the performance of faculty members in the Cyber Security Engineering Study Program at Bhakti Semesta Polytechnic. The Fuzzy Tahani method is expected to assist in processing data from faculty performance evaluation questionnaires and improve the accuracy of reporting and calculations. The Research and Development method is used as an approach to systematically address the issues. The decision support system for faculty performance assessment was successfully developed using the Fuzzy Tahani method with PHP programming language. This system is expected to help determine the level of student satisfaction with faculty performance and enhance faculty effectiveness. The test results show that the employed Fuzzy Tahani method achieved 100% accuracy, comparing manual calculations with the system's calculations. With the implementation of this system, the processing of faculty performance evaluation data becomes more efficient and accurate.

Abstract

A criminal record is an official document filed with the police that contains a person's criminal history. In practice, managing criminal record data is not easy, the complex challenge is the risk of data manipulation. Data manipulation is carried out for various purposes, one of which is deleting or changing data for certain purposes. The increase in cyber crime in Indonesia does not rule out the possibility that criminal record data will be hacked. Blockchain technology, through smart contracts, is an innovative solution to overcome the problem of data manipulation. Blockchain as an immutable distributed digital ledger, provides guarantees of data security and integrity. By adopting smart contracts in data collection, it can increase the speed of information access, reduce the risk of manipulation and provide a high level of transparency. A feasibility study regarding the importance of implementing Blockchain technology for storing criminal records needs to be carried out before deciding to realize this technology.  The aim of this research is to analyze how important it is that criminal record data must be secured using Blockchain technology in Central Java.  Qualitative methods were used in this research, data collection was carried out using interview techniques with predetermined sources

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in student internships is the mismatch between the type of work and student skills due to lack of information and literacy. With this problem, an expert system innovation was created as a decision-making tool for students, companies, and internship provider institutions. Decision support system is a computer development system that uses various sources of models to solve existing problems. This research is realized by implementing an expert system using the forward chaining method to recommend the right internship place for cyber security engineering study program students. The goal is to develop an intelligent tool that can accurately identify internship companies or institutions based on specified qualifications and optimize student placement according to certain skills, interests and requirements. Data was collected through distributing closed questionnaires to 21 students of the cyber security engineering study program as a reference in system design. Based on the test results of the comparison between expert system logic and manual logic, this system has a 100% accuracy rate.

Abstract

Digital transformation is driving local governments to develop Smart City ecosystems to enhance public service efficiency and institutional accountability. Cybersecurity vulnerabilities in Jakarta’s governance have manifestly materialised through a series of incidents that undermine public trust in government digital services, including a 2023 breach of the JAKI application, a 2024 web defacement of the official DKI Jakarta portal, an 81 GB document leak in May 2025, and the 2024 ransomware attack on the National Data Centre that disrupted 282 government agencies. This study pursues two primary objectives: to assess the cybersecurity maturity level of Jakarta Smart City (JSC) based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0, and to examine its implications for advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 16 (Strong Institutions), SDG 9 (Resilient Infrastructure), and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities). The study employs a descriptive qualitative case study design, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary analysis conducted at the Department of Communication, Information, and Statistics of DKI Jakarta Province between December 2025 and January 2026. Maturity was assessed across 22 controls spanning the six core NIST CSF 2.0 functionsGovern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recoverusing the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) scoring approach. The findings place Jakarta Smart City at an overall CMMI average of 3.13, within Tier 3 (Repeatable), indicating that cybersecurity policies and controls are formally documented and consistently applied. Protect scored highest at 3.60, driven by mature IAM and infrastructure resilience, while Identify and Detect scored lowest at 3.00, primarily due to the absence of explicit data flow mapping. The study concludes that advancing cybersecurity maturity contributes significantly to reliable digital public services and public trust, thereby supporting sustainable Smart City governance aligned with SDG targets.
