Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form of harassment or intimidation carried out through digital technology, such as social media, text messages, email, and websites. It is a serious issue that can have long-term effects on the victims. The impact of cyberbullying tends to be broader and more prolonged compared to traditional bullying, as anyone with internet access can witness and be influenced by such events, without spatial or temporal constraints. A high level of trauma is one of the psychological impacts experienced by victims of cyberbullying, often leading to depression, anxiety, and, in extreme cases, suicidal behavior if not handled appropriately. Meanwhile, cyberbullying perpetrators may experience perpetual guilt. Prevention and intervention in cyberbullying at schools are crucial to creating a safe and supportive learning environment. The integration of character education into the school curriculum helps create a safe and supportive learning environment where students learn to respect and collaborate with each other, directly reducing incidents of cyberbullying. This approach also involves collaboration with parents and the school community to ensure that the messages and values taught in school are reinforced at home and in students' everyday lives.Top of Form

Abstract

Kepemimpian seseorang di suatu sekolah merupakan pondasi dasar untuk mengharmoniskan sumber daya yang dimiliki baik bersumber dalam sekolah maupun di luar sekolah, kepala sekolah dituntu memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan. Kemajemukan sumber daya dan karakter yang bersumber dari dalam sekolah dan luar sekolah merupakan keunikan tersendiri sehingga kepala sekolah dituntut untuk mampu mengenali dan menyahuti kebutuhan pemerintah, yayasan, staf pendidik, peserta didik, wali murid dan lingkungan. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sebagai pemimpin organisasi, menentukan arah tujuan organisasi sehingga pemimpin dituntut melakukan penerapan manajemen dan menguasai ilmu lainnya. Pembekalan kemajemukan disiplin ilmu dan mengikuti pelatihan kepemimpinan melahirkan keterampilan kepemimpinan (Ability Leadearship). Dengan keterampilan kepemimpinan tersebut menimbulkan ketajaman menganalisa persoalan, kecakapan berfikir dan dapat mengambil solusi atau keputasan.

Abstract

Ethic is important aspect in Islamic education. It’s existence is needed because it plays significant role to achieve the Islamic education goals. KH. Hasyim Asy’ari thinking about ethics educator starting from himself so well behaved. Then, taught the students when learning takes place. According of them, the educational purpose in every human being is to be a full human being in order to get closer to the Creator and get the happiness of the world and the hereafter. In the book Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta’alim, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari mention moralethical values ​should be the design of the people living in the world. So that a seeker of knowledge embody knowledge in everyday life with the behavior of resignation, wara’, the charity would please Allah, grateful and so on.
