Abstract

Service advisor and monitoring is an activity of providing advice and monitoring related to vehicle service and repair. Service Advisor is useful for providing information and advice to customers regarding service at Auto2000. The purpose of this research is to solve problems where customers and service advisors can connect online to provide information and advice. In making the advisor and monitoring service system, the method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The SDLC method has 6 steps: (1) Planning, (2) Analysis, (3) Design, (4) Implementation, (5) Testing, (6) Maintenance. The Auto2000 Advisor and Monitoring application is designed using diagram modeling, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML), such as Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram. While testing is done using the MC Call criteria. From the research that has been done, the advisor and monitoring system makes it easier to provide advice or input to customers on service and service monitoring in monitoring.

Abstract

Cargo delivery is an integral part of logistics operations, where monitoring plays a crucial role. Manual approaches in monitoring increase the risk of human error and prolong the process duration. Major issues frequently encountered in cargo delivery, such as damages, losses, and bus travel delays, can be addressed through the implementation of monitoring systems. Damages and losses during cargo transportation, coupled with significant bus travel delays, stem from finalizing cargo delivery data after passenger check-in. This research aims to identify the root causes of these three issues and offer solution recommendations to enhance the reliability of the cargo delivery process. The research methodology includes analysis of historical delivery data, interviews with operational crews, and the development of a web-based information system for more structured monitoring processes. Research findings indicate that discrepancies between delivery schedules and inconsistent monitoring are primary factors contributing to damages, losses, and delays. Recommended solutions involve implementing real-time tracking systems and providing training to enhance awareness of swift and accurate delivery procedures. In conclusion, understanding the challenges encountered in cargo delivery can contribute to developing better service solutions, thereby improving overall logistics efficiency within DAMRI logistics.

Abstract

The selection of majors at SMK Negeri 38 Jakarta currently relies on a single opportunity during registration, without considering various factors that might influence students' choices. This underscores the necessity for developing a decision support system that can aid prospective students in selecting majors aligned with their interests, potentials, and characteristics. The aim of this research is to design and implement a decision support system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method as an alternative to facilitate a more informed decision-making process. The research methodology involves data collection from prospective students, including personal interests, the average grades from the first to the fifth semester of junior high school, average school examination scores, registration pathways, and percentiles of grades. This data serves as input for the TOPSIS method to generate recommendations for study focus options that suit the characteristics of each prospective student. The research findings indicate that the implementation of a TOPSIS-based decision support system offers a more accurate possibility for major selection, aligning with the potentials and interests of prospective students. This system allows for data filtering and processing to produce recommendations guiding prospective students in choosing a suitable study focus among three available options: Hospitality, Culinary Arts, and Fashion Design. Conclusively, the decision support system using the TOPSIS method proves to be an effective solution in aiding new prospective students at SMK Negeri 38 Jakarta in selecting majors aligned with their interests and potentials, thereby reducing the tendency for errors in major selection based on a single registration opportunity.

Abstract

The influence of information and communication technology on the world of education is rapidly evolving, shifting the learning paradigm from face-to-face teaching to media-based learning. SMA Perguruan Ksatrya Jakarta, under the Yayasan Perguruan Ksatrya, focuses on innovation in the field of education. However, the current learning system remains manual, relying on face-to-face interactions between teachers and students, which are limited in discussions and interactions. This condition leads to a lack of achieving learning targets. This research aims to design an e-learning information system using the CodeIgniter framework. The selection of CodeIgniter is expected to facilitate e-learning, enhance efficiency, and improve the accuracy of learning management. System development involves PHP and MySQL, designed based on UML principles. The research output yields an e-learning information system aimed at enhancing the understanding of the teaching and learning process at SMA Ksatrya. This system is anticipated to support more dynamic interaction between teachers and students while expediting the learning process following the SDLC method. SMA Ksatrya Jakarta has the potential to enhance the quality of learning, facilitate better interaction, and expedite the learning process in line with the strategically set objectives.

Abstract

Tuition payment is mandatory for every student or student, public or private school to support educational development. In schools SMK Geo Informatics has problems in SPP payments, namely: payment still uses a handwritten ledger, there can be duplication of data and the process still uses Ms.Excel without a database. Waterfall method is used. The tools used to create an Payment information system SPP are: Unified Modeling Language (UML), Visual Studio Code, Xampp, Bootstrap, and Microsoft Edge. The Payment information system SPP uses PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) and MySQL programming languages. The result of the study was: recorded in the blackbox test with 20 valid tests. With the SPP payment information system application, it can run well in SMK Geo Informatics schools are able to handle late tuition payments and fast data search, and are easier to use

Abstract

Tuition The Mbaru Niang, Mbaru Wunut and Mbaru Gendang Traditional Houses are traditional houses as well as historic places in Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Currently, information related to traditional houses is not well obtained so that potential tourists who want to find information related to traditional houses must visit the location directly, as well as services in ticket transactions for traditional houses are still carried out manually in the form of paper which can cause queues and paper waste around the area. tour. From the description of the problems that occurred, a Tourism Information System was designed and built in Manggarai NTT Case Study of Website-Based Manggarai Traditional Houses which is expected to be able to solve existing problems also in conducting tourist assessments in the form of ratings related to tourist attractions. In the design and manufacture of tourism information systems, Unified Modeling Language (UML), User Interface (UI), Black Box Testing is used. Tourism Information System in Manggarai NTT Case Study of Website-Based Manggarai Traditional House uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database. The method used in completing this thesis is the interview method, the observation method and the method of literature study, design and testing. Which aims to provide information services to prospective tourists who need this information. After designing and manufacturing, it is necessary to know whether the application is running properly. The results of testing this information system using the Black Box which produces 12 valid test cases

Abstract

Procuring spare parts is an activity process to fulfill or provide needs or supply goods or services under contract or direct purchase to meet needs. Procurement of spare parts is aimed at checking goods, purchasing goods, managing incoming goods, managing stock of goods, and reporting. However, the information system spare parts procurement is still carried out semi-computerized, namely using Microsoft Word and Excel. Based on the problems that occurred a web-based spare parts procurement information system was designed for spare parts procurement using the SDLC method and the design uses the Unified Modelling Language (UML), the spare part procurement information system uses PHP and MySQL, programming languages and to optimize the database uses the CodeIgniter framework

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently very rapid from all aspects, one of which aims to facilitate the sharing of data and information without time and place limits. One of the applications in the purpose of sharing data and information in general is the use of social media, but with all the conveniences available, of course you have to stay alert and need to be wise in using social media to stay safe. This community service activity is in the form of social media ethics counseling in the Pancoran Mas sub-district environment, Depok city. This community service activity aims to provide information in the form of counseling on ethics in social media, so that social media can be used as its main function, namely sharing data and information and possibly also for business activities. This community service activity is carried out using the method of delivering material on the substance of the activity, followed by practice in operating one of the social media, namely Facebook and Facebook. operating one of the social media, namely Facebook and evaluating the participants to find out to what extent they have absorbed the training material that has been given, especially ethics in social media on Facebook. Based on the results of the graphic design skills training activities, it is known that the participants can understand, use the facilities and functions available on Facebook social media with good ethics.

Abstract

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is a transaction technology that is currently in demand by the public. QRIS started to become a payment method of choice after COVID-19, which required the government to issue regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In the current digital era, QRIS is increasingly developing as a digital financial transaction tool. As a tourist area, the development of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) requires the people of Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan Subdistrict, Bogor Regency follows developments in financial technology to attract tourists to visit. Lack of knowledge about QRIS technology and QRIS security is the reason why the Lecturer and Student Team carry out training for the community. The implementation of QRIS training is expected to increase community knowledge so that QRIS technology can be utilized by the community of Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan Subdistrict, Bogor Regency is an easy and safe means of payment, so it can attract and make it easier for tourists to make transactions and can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

Kopi Bar Depok is a café that still operates its business using a manual system. As a result, there are several issues, especially in the transaction process at this café. The medium used for transactions is still paper, and data is also stored in physical form, making it prone to damage and loss. Additionally, the transaction process takes a considerable amount of time and is inefficient. To address these issues in the transaction process at Kopi Bar Depok, a web-based Transaction Information System has been developed. This information system uses PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and is created using the Waterfall method.
