The building permit in Tanjung Duren Selatan is carried out by UP PMPTSP, the implementing unit that operates in the licensing sector. However, the process takes a lot of time, especially in checking files and consulting the applicant by the officer. This is caused by untidy files due to the absence of a computerized system. Of course, this takes a long time so that it makes the process of making the IMB a long one by the officers. This study aims to design an Information System for IMB submissions at UP PMPTSP using interviews, library studies, and observation, while the modeling uses Unifield Modeling Language (UML) using PHP as the programming language, while MySQL as the database. This information system is expected to be a solution in order to make it easier for the public and officers in inputting and making IMBs, so that the issuance of IMB SK in UP PMPTSP Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Selatan.

PT. Lfor Digital Printing is a company that operates in the field of printing or commonly called digital printing. In carrying out the ordering process, this company still does not use computerized applications, so it is considered less efficient and effective because customers still have to come directly to the place to place orders or by telephone or email. That's why a web-based printing production ordering system was created in order to improve the quality of ordering services and also increase customer satisfaction. There are several methods used in making this system, namely the observation method, literature study method, and interview method for data collection methods. The modeling of this system uses the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) method with the PHP and MySQL programming languages for the database.

Seleksi mahasiswa berprestasi dalam proses menyeleksi mahasiswa yang memiliki prestasi akademik. Penghargaan bagi siswa berprestasi juga dapat memotivasi siswa lain untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar dan juga sangat penting sebagai tolak ukur siswa untuk meningkatkan prestasinya, serta sebagai acuan untuk masuk ke jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya dan penyaringan dalam memperoleh beasiswa. Saat ini dalam proses penentuan prestasi akademik siswa di SD Muhammadiyah 3 Depok dalam penentuan kriteria dan perhitungan masih dilakukan secara semi komputer dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dari uraian permasalahan yang terjadi maka dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi pendukung keputusan untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Proses penentuan prestasi belajar siswa membutuhkan 5 data siswa yang akan digunakan dalam perhitungan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan pemeringkatan yang dihasilkan dari prestasi belajar siswa. Metode analisis dan perancangan menggunakan Anfield Modeling Language (UML). Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan prestasi akademik mahasiswa ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat membantu kurikulum dan guru kelas dalam proses penilaian, menghitung nilai, dan membantu kurikulum dan guru kelas untuk menentukan prestasi akademik siswa.

Campus or college is an institution as well as an institution that is included in the education sector. Now the campus is included in a business sector that is engaged in education. Therefore, the campus is also inseparable from the promotion process. The promotion carried out by the campus has the aim of making prospective new students register on the campus. For private campuses, students are input that can be useful to continue the operational process for the campus. The problem that is still widely found at this time is the process of determining campus promotions is still based on assumptions. Where the assumptions used are not based on a fact or special reference. Determination of promotion on campus can be seen based on the data of students who have registered actively on the campus. From the student data, it can be processed based on Regional Origin, School Origin, Department and Study Program taken. Data mining is a technique used to process large amounts of data. Frequent Pattern Growth Algorithm (FP-Growth) is an algorithm that is included in the data mining association technique. The results obtained in the study that for determining the promotion strategy are if you take the Study Program = Informatics Engineering (PS1) then the Department = Science (J1) and Regional Origin = Deli Serdang (AD1) with a Support value = 30% and a Confidence value = 60% and Department = Science (J1), Regional Origin = Deli Serdang (AD1) with Support = 30% and Confidence = 75%. Based on the results of the process that was carried out, it was found that the promotion target was Deli Serdang, the Department was Science and the Study Program of interest was Informatics Engineering.

SMK PGRI 31 JAKARTA is a vocational school located in Central Jakarta and has 3 majors, namely Marketing, Accounting and Office Administration. The information system for violation points and student achievements at SMK PGRI 31 Jakarta currently is in the process of recording violations still using handwritten cards, so the problem that occurs is that sometimes there is often loss of data that has not been recorded in the case book, as well as the slow process of point recapitulation. students thus hindering the action taken by the school. In defining needs and analyzing system development, it is done through data collection methods by means of observation, interviews with the counseling / BK section. The information system for points of violation and student achievement proposed in the process of awarding points made by the teacher has been systemized and immediately accepted by the guardians of the students, the proposal for making input points is expected to make it easier for counseling guidance teachers to make calls. The information system for violation points and student achievements uses the PHP and SQL Server programming languages as databases. The information system for violation points and student achievement is expected to minimize the possibility of errors in making monthly reports

Charity boxes provided in many public places today still use locks such as master locks or padlocks. The rampant cases of theft of charity boxes occur repeatedly because charity boxes are easily broken into and even transported by thieves. The absence of a double security system is an obstacle for charity box managers. Realizing the design concept of a double security system for charity boxes using several electronic components such as fingerprint sensors and methods of sending notifications will minimize the occurrence of the crime of theft or burglary of charity boxes. The security device design architecture is made using the notification method in the form of notifications via short messages using a communication device, namely the SIM800L serial module as a transmission medium for sending short message text data if irregularities are found in the charity box. This charity box security system uses an authorization system for managers who are entitled to be registered with the device in the form of a cellular number. The microcontroller control board plays an important role in processing various instructions so as to produce output information on the screen that is installed in the charity box to display access information when the device is working. Another feature of this tool is that it is equipped with a buzzer component as a warning sign in the form of a sound if an activity process is not recognized it will ring loudly according to the conditions. A security system like this will provide a solution and increase security in the storage of charity boxes so managers can feel comfortable.

PT. Adya Prima manages buildings in Jakarta and other areas in Indonesia, one of which is The Lavende Residence Apartment. The existence of komplaints at The Lavende Residence Apartment which is managed by PT. Adya Prima is currently accepting komplaints from apartment residents through handling officers, so that residents need more time to complete the komplaint process. So, a web-based komplaint application was designed that can be used by residents to file complaints to find out the process, so that customers do not need to meet directly and the complaint process can be resolved. The complaint application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to help describe business processes as well as in making applications using the PHP and MySql programming languages.

PT. Berkah Sinergi Keluarga Konsultindo or Quickle Permit is a virtual office (vo) service provider engaged in law and services located in South Jakarta. Based on the research that has been done by the author through direct observation of the company, it is known that PT. The blessing of the Synergy of the Konsultindo Family experienced an increase in the number of virtual office (vo) service users. Until 2022, service users from PT. Thanks to the Synergy of the Konsultindo Family, there are already 214 companies that use the virtual office (vo) service. Of the many virtual office (VO) rental orders, there is no system that can manage information about the availability of virtual office (VO) packages, prices, facilities, and problems in processing rental or client data that make current clients complain about some of these problems. The stages of system development in making this information system use the SDLC method and programming language (PHP) and with MySQL for data storage. With the web-based virtual office (VO) rental information system that we created, we will handle these problems by assisting clients in viewing information related to virtual offices (VO) and ordering virtual office (VO) rentals without having to come directly to the company and making it easier for clients to access information on availability of virtual office (VO) packages and make.

PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk manages an office building located in South Jakarta, namely the Plaza Setiabudi building, with a total area of 22,264 m2 that can be rented and while maintaining performance and improving service levels to maintain the loyalty of building tenants. In services to building tenants, there are complaints, so that several departments involved in handling tenant complaints include Facility Management, Tenant Relations, Engineering, House Keeping, Security, and Parking. complaints to find out the process, so that customers do not need to meet employees directly and the building tenant complaint management process can be completed, the building tenant compliance management application is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Lagunage) to help describe business processes and in making applications using the Java and C# programming languages and to optimize the database using the ionic framework.

Bank Negara Indonesia has been established as the oldest recorded commercial bank in the history of the Republic of Indonesia and was formed as the central bank on July 5, 1949. Within the BNI banking system, there is management of Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines that support service operations. However, the system is still partially computerized and utilizes applications like Microsoft Excel. The current issue faced is the occurrence of inaccurate data and insufficient monitoring of the ongoing data when using the existing system. To address this, this research aims to develop a system by implementing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the system modeling method. The system will be built using PHP, a web-based programming language, and MySQL, a relational database management system, which operates on a client-server model.
