Abstract

Based on the objectives of the mobile library car public service program in improving the literacy culture of Bintan Regency students. The Regional Library and Archives Office conducts a mobile library car tour by visiting various schools. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the mobile library car public service program in improving the literacy culture of Bintan Regency students. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is at the Regional Library and Archives Office of Bintan Regency. The results and discussion show that to achieve the goal of increasing the literacy culture of Bintan Regency students, the District Library and Archives Office has implemented the public service program to schools and the reciprocity obtained results in positive things and hopes to come back to provide a forum for students.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out the effectiveness of public service complaints consultation via whatsapp by the Bintan Regency population and civil registration office. The methodology used is qualitative and uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative research approach and the data used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of consultation on public service complaints via whatsapp by the Bintan Regency population and civil registration service is in accordance with established procedures with a Community Satisfaction Index of 87%. Therefore, it is hoped that the results of this study can provide positive results for the Bintan Regency population and civil registration service.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation process is found in the Implementation of the Mobile Library Car Program in Increasing Students' Interest in Reading in Bintan Regency. This type of research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The location of this research was carried out at the Bintan Regency Regional Library and Archives Service. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling method. Data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data validity test was carried out by source triangulation and analyzed. The results and discussion show that the implementation of the mobile library car program in increasing students' interest in reading has been running in accordance with standard operating procedures using implementation indicators, namely, policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, attitudes of implementers, inter-organizational communication, social, economic and political environment.
