Abstract

HIBA UTAMA is a company engaged in the transportation sector or often also called PO (Otobus Company) a company that is managed and operated to provide bus rental services and provide convenience to its consumers. The existence of the company has a significant role in providing transportation for consumers to travel and provide comfort and safety on the way. Competition that occurs makes companies vying to provide the best service to consumers. On the other hand consumers are increasingly difficult to understand. Satisfied consumers are not necessarily going to rent again and loyal consumers are not necessarily satisfied with the services provided. Most companies measure consumer satisfaction, but only a few assess customer loyalty and the results of PT. HIBA UTAMA helps increase consumer loyalty. Researchers apply the C4.5 algorithm to predict consumer loyalty at PT. HIBA UTAMA. The variables used are tenant period, rental scale, compliance, tenant loyalty, based on the accuracy results reaching 81%, which shows the C4.5 algorithm is suitable for predicting company customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green accounting, company performance, and carbon emission disclosure on firm value, with gender diversity on the board of directors as a moderating variable in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2023. Employing a quantitative causal-comparative research design, secondary data were collected from annual reports, sustainability reports, and environmental performance rating documents (PROPER). Statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and moderated regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 25. The results reveal that green accounting, company performance, and carbon emission disclosure have significant positive effects on firm value. Moreover, gender diversity on the board significantly moderates these relationships, though with varying effects: it weakens the positive impact of green accounting on firm value but strengthens the effects of company performance and carbon emission disclosure. These findings suggest that while environmental accounting practices and corporate performance are critical in enhancing firm value, the role of gender diversity introduces complex dynamics in corporate governance influencing sustainability outcomes.

Abstract

This paper presents a short script titled “Record, Spread, Judge”, which explores the moral and social impacts of digital media behavior. The story follows a lecturer who becomes the target of public outrage after a misleading video goes viral. The script reflects real-life issues such as how netizens are easily influenced by viral content, how media often use clickbait for views, and how these factors affect mental health, education, and family life. It emphasizes the need for critical thinking and ethical responsibility when consuming and sharing online content. By addressing these relevant and pressing concerns, the script serves as a creative yet powerful commentary on the dangers of social media manipulation and the lack of digital empathy in modern society.
