Abstract

The amount of hoax information makes us obliged to carefully examine the information we get. In understanding a hadith, we must examine the process of narrating the hadith so that the book of isa knows the validity of the hadith. The purpose of this study is to find out the science related to hadith passage, jarh wa ta'dil science and nasikh Mansukh science. This research is a Library Research. The result of this research is the activity of tahammul and ada' al-hadith is the process of narrating hadith either accepting or conveying it which is deliberately carried out by periwayats scientifically using certain theories and methods for the preservation of hadith. The science of jarh wa ta'dil is a science that addresses in it the judgments of good and bad/defective of a critic of rawi hadith. Meanwhile, nasikh wa al-mansukh is defined as the science that discusses conflicting hadiths, which cannot possibly be compromised, by specifying some of them, as 'nasikh' and others as 'mansukh'.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of human dignity in responding to LGBT perspectives of Islam, human rights and Maqasidh Sharia. This study used qualitative research. The method of data collection is by using literature studies or literature that uses books and journals. The data analysis technique is sourced from literature studies. The author emphasizes on which references or libraries are related to the author's title to conduct research. lgbt acts are not permissible according to Islam, human rights and Maqasidh Sharia. But we must not judge people who commit deviant acts like lgbt. The need to set aside religious rules first does not mean to justify lgbt actions but it is related to human values or what we can call human dignity. It would be better if we could embrace people who commit these lgbt acts in the hope that they can return to being normal human beings and carry out their sexual orientation accordingly by and large. Keywords: Human Dignity, LGBT, Islam, Human Rights and Maqasidh Sharia Abstrak Penelitian ini berorientasi supaya mengetahui bagaimana peran martabat manusia dalam menyikapi lgbt perspektif islam, ham dan maqosidh Syariah. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Adapun cara pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan studi literatur atau kepustakaan yang menggunakan buku dan jurnal. Adapun teknik analisis datanya bersumber dari studi literatur. penulis menekankan pada referensi atau pustaka mana yang terkait dengan judul penulis untuk melakukan penelitian. Tindakan lgbt tidak dibenarkan menurut islam, ham dan maqosidh Syariah. Namun kita tidak boleh menghakimi manusia yang melakukan tindakan menyimpang seperti lgbt ini. perlunya untuk menyampingkan aturan agama terlebih dahulu bukan berarti untuk membenarkan tindakan lgbt tetapi ini berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai kemanusian atau yang bisa kita sebut dengan martabat manusia. Alangkah lebih baiknya jika kita bisa merangkul manusia yang melakukan tindakan lgbt ini dengan harapan supaya bisa kembali menjadi manusia yang normal dan melakukan orientasi seksualnya sesuai pada umumnya. Abstract

The contextualization of al-Qur'an through the perspective of tarbaw? gives an understanding of the content of the learning method. For example, al-M?idah [05]: 67 in the context of education can be understood as the delivery of learning by the lecture method. Furthermore, the letter an-Nahl [16]: 125 has an articulation in the content of the discussion method with nuances of tenderness. Meanwhile, the method of contemplation is reflected in the letter Ibr?h?m [14]: 24-25. Interaction and visiting certain places in the letter Y?s?f [12]: 109 contains the method of field trips. The retrieval of rah ibrah through past events and the stories of previous generations as reflected in Y?s?f's letter [12]: 111 can be contextualized as the delivery of messages by the story method.
