Abstract

PT. XYZ dengan jumlah pegawai sebanyak 800 orang belum merencanakan ataupun melakukan metode untuk penanganan sampah domestik yang dihasilkan. Nilai laju timbulan, densitas (massa jenis), dan komposisi sampah domestik belum dianalisis lebih lanjut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan laju timbulan, komposisi, dan densitas sampah domestik PT. XYZ sebagai langkah awal dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah. Pengukuran timbulan sampah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yakni metode load count analysis, di mana sampel diambil selama delapan hari. Untuk menentukan densitas dan komposisi sampah, analisis direncanakan menggunakan metode yang ada di dalam SNI 19-3964-1994. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai laju timbulan sampah domestik rata-rata PT. XYZ adalah 0,8 kg/orang.hari. Sedangkan untuk nilai densitas (massa jenis) sampah rumah tangga di PT. XYZ adalah 679,14 kg/m3. Komposisi sampah domestik PT. XYZ yang paling besar adalah sampah plastik. Hasil ini disebabkan dari sampah botol air mineral dari pegawai. Sampah dapat dikomposkan adalah sampah jenis paling banyak setelah sampah plastik.

Abstract

People listen to music a lot nowadays due to the emotional connections it creates. Moreover, music, especially songs, can be a convenient and enjoyable form of entertainment and expression in people's daily lives. This study focused on one of the subdiscipline of discourse analysis, namely transitivity. The analysis of transitivity in this study is using the theory of Halliday & Matthiessen (2014) that transitivity process consists of 6 processes: material process, mental process, relational process, behavioral process, verbal process and existential process. The source of data is based on Ariana Grande’s album “thank u, next” and taking its song lyrics to be explored. The study results show that the material process consists of ninety-nine clauses; the mental process consists of two hundred forty-one clauses; the relational process consists of fifty-one clauses; the behavioral process consists of seventy-five clauses; the verbal process consist of forty-one clauses; and the existential process consist of two clauses. So, it can be concluded the total clauses existing in this album are five hundred and eight clauses.
