Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether there is a partial an simultaneous effect of funding decisions (DER) on shareholder value (SHV) on the LQ45 Indeks for the 2017-2021 period. The method in this research is associative research with quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. The population data in this study were 67 companies and 35 companies were obtained as research samples that matched the predetermined criteria. The result of testing the hypothesis can be concluded that the funding decision (DER) variabel has a negative and significant effect on shareholder value (SHV). Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh keputusan pendanaan (DER) terhadap nilai pemegang saham (SHV) pada Indeks LQ45 periode 2017-2021. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 67 perusahaan dan diperoleh 35 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian yang sudah sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel keputusan pendanaan (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pemegang saham (SHV).
