Abstract

Abstract. Job satisfaction can be interpreted as a condition where a person feels happy because he is treated fairly, is recognized and cared for by his leadership and feels safe because his contribution to the company can produce something to meet his needs. Employee job satisfaction can be increased if there is fairness from a distributive and procedural perspective. This study aims to determine how distributive and procedural justice is at PT BITA and also to determine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on PT BITA employee job satisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, namely simple random sampling with a sample of 100 employees of PT BITA. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that distributive justice (X1) is included in the medium category, procedural justice (X2) is included in the high category and job satisfaction (Y) is included in the high category. The results of the study also show that distributive justice and procedural justice have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction partially or simultaneously. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination show that the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice on job satisfaction is 64.64%, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstrak. Kepuasan kerja dapat diartikan kondisi dimana seseorang merasa senang karena diperlakukan adil, diakui dan diperhatikan oleh pimpinannya serta merasa aman karena kontribusinya terhadap perusahaan dapat menghasilkan sesuatu untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan jika terdapat keadilan dari sisi distributif dan prosedural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadilan dari sisi distributif dan prosedural pada PT BITA dan juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT BITA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling dengan sampel 100 karyawan PT BITA. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif (X1) termasuk kedalam kategori sedang, keadilan prosedural (X2) termasuk kedala kategori tinggi dan kepuasan kerja (Y) termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh posisif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 64,64%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
