Human resources are the main and very important factor in a company or an organization because, human resources will function to manage, regulate, utilize, and also evaluate employees so that they can work productively and can achieve the goals the company wants. To produce job satisfaction, employees need motivation through all efforts to achieve their job satisfaction. In increasing work motivation in these employees, one of the efforts made by the company is by rotating work. This study aims to determine: The research method used is multiple linear regression and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The type of research is causal associative, while the type of data is quantitative with a descriptive verification approach. Respondents in this study were 70 people with purposive sampling technique so that there were only 55 respondents and the data was used to determine the number of respondents. So that there were only 55 respondents and the data was processed by researchers using the SPSS version 25 application. Abstrak. Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang utama dan sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan atau suatu organisasi karena, sumber daya manusia akan berfungsi untuk mengelola, mengatur, memanfaatkan, dan juga mengevaluasi karyawan agar mereka dapat bekerja secara produktif serta dapat mencapai tujuan yang perusahaan inginkan. Untuk menghasilkan suatu kepuasan kerja, karyawan membutuhkan sebuah motivasi melalui segala usaha untuk mencapai kepuasan kerja mereka. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja pada karyawan tersebut, salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yaitu dengan melakukan rotasi kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda serta metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian yaitu asosiatif kausal, sedangkan jenis datanya berupa kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga hanya terdapat 55 orang responden dan data diolah oleh peneliti menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.]]>
