Abstract

Abstract. The work environment and work stress had a significant relationship with employee performance. This research was conducted at RSKIA Harapan Bunda Bandung to identify the influence of these two factors on employee performance. The research population included all employees at the institution, with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used was descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and classical assumption tests, which included normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The analysis results showed the multiple linear regression equation: Y = 3.256 + 0.115X1 + 0.422X2. Hypothesis testing produced a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05), which proved that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. This research showed that there was a simultaneous positive and significant influence between work environment variables and work stress on employee performance. These results indicated that improvements in the quality of the work environment and good work stress management could contribute to improving employee performance at RSKIA Harapan Bunda Bandung. Abstrak. Lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSKIA Harapan Bunda Bandung untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kedua faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan di institusi tersebut, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik, yang meliputi normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persamaan regresi linear berganda: Y = 3,256 + 0,115X1 + 0,422X2. Pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), yang membuktikan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan dalam kualitas lingkungan kerja dan pengelolaan stres kerja yang baik dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan di RSKIA Harapan Bunda Bandung.
