Abstract

This study discusses the Childfree phenomenon which is an understanding or lifestyle of being free from having children either biologically or by adopting. This phenomenon had invited pros and cons in society because it was considered incompatible with religion and culture in Indonesia. Based on this phenomenon, in this case the author refers to the thematic theory, phenomenology and hadith syarah to analyze the child-free phenomenon in the perspective of hadith and the views of scholars and uses qualitative research methods as research procedures. This study resulted that the Prophet known to be very supportive of the ummah to have children with the recommendation to marry a woman who can have children, the virtue of praying for children after their parents die and the prophet's prayer to one of his friends so that he can have many children. The law of having children is not mandatory, while responding to this phenomenon is to continue following religious advice as a Muslim by of course still asking the experts, and Childfree perpetrators should not be blasphemed because it is the choice of each individual and it is the right of each individual to decide as what is his way of life.

Abstract

The development of modern science was followed by the development of scientific findings as well. Interestingly, many scientific facts are found in the Quran which existed even before modern science developed. In responding to the verses that contain scientific facts, several commentators have also included these scientific facts in their works. This article aims to further examine two interpretations of the Quran originating from Aceh, Turjuman al-Mustafid which belongs to As-Singkily, and Tafseer al-Quran al-Majid an-Nur by As-Siddiqie. By using qualitative methods and descriptive and content analysis approaches, this research found that both scholars As-Singkily and As-Siddiqie accepted the scientific facts contained in the Quran. These facts can be seen from their works which mentioned scientific facts along with their commentaries. A science feature was found more in As-Siddiqie’s work which was written and published in the 20th century compared to as-Singkily’s work which was published in the 18th century.

Abstract

Cross-cultural communication often presents significant challenges in multicultural rural areas, such as Aceh Timur, where residents and migrants interact within the same community. These challenges frequently give rise to misunderstandings and social tensions stemming from differences in cultural norms and language barriers. This study explores the primary obstacles to effective communication, examines their impact on social harmony, and proposes strategies to enhance mutual understanding and foster peaceful coexistence. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing methods such as in-depth interviews, participant observation. Analysis of the data reveals recurring themes and underlying factors that shape communication dynamics. From an Islamic communication perspective, shared religious values serve as a strong foundation for building mutual respect and understanding. However, differences in cultural traditions, social norms, and language use often challenge the implementation of Islamic principles such as tolerance (tasamuh) and unity (wahdah). Misaligned expectations regarding social etiquette frequently lead to misunderstandings, conflicts in resolving disputes, and communication difficulties tied to language diversity. Nevertheless, initiatives rooted in Islamic communication ethics—such as cultural exchange programs emphasizing ukhuwah Islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood) and inclusive forums modeled on shura (mutual consultation)—have proven effective in strengthening relationships and reducing tensions. This study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic principles into community-led efforts to address cross-cultural communication issues. By presenting practical recommendations for fostering inclusivity and reducing conflicts, the findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and local leaders seeking to promote harmony, enhance social cohesion, and support sustainable development in culturally diverse rural settings.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang jual beli khususnya dropshipping, penulis menemukan beberapa mahasiswa yang melakukan jual beli tersebut. Pada prakteknya yaitu melakukan jual beli online dengan dropshipping tanpa memberikan spesifikasi, foto secara langsung, kualitas maupun kuantitas barang, pengambilan foto dari supplier yang akan dijual pada media sosial miliknya. Artikel ini meneliti tinjauan fiqih muamalah dan hukum perlindungan konsumen terhadap jual beli dengan sistem dropshipping (studi analisis di UINSI Samarinda). Tujuan Penelitian, pertama memahami praktik jual beli online sistem dropshipping, kedua mengetahui jual beli online sistem dropshipping berdasarkan perspektif fiqih muamalah, ketiga memahami jual beli online sistem dropshipping berdasarkan perspektif hukum perlindungan konsumen. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan normatif empiris. Data primer yaitu wawancara kepada mahasiwa UINSI Samarinda, ada 7 penjual dan 43 pembeli dan data sekunder yaitu kitab bulughul maram, buku fiqih muamalah, jurnal, skripsi serta UUPK. Data yang telah diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis dengan cara mengelolah data hasil wawancara dan memfokuskan pada judul yang diteliti, serta membatasi batas permasalahan. Hasil penelitian pertama praktik jual beli online sistem dropshipping di UINSI Samarinda, pada praktiknya mahasiswa yang melakukan jual beli online sistem dropshipping menjual barang melalui media sosial miliknya seperti whatsapp, instgram, facebook, dan shopee, dengan mengupload video, gambar atau foto dimedia sosial miliknya. kedua jual beli online sistem dropshiping di UINSI Samarinda berdasarkan perspektif fiqih muamalah sudah memenuhi syarat jual beli namun dengan awal penjualannya pelaku dropshipping sudah memberikan informasi yang jelas seperti mendeskripsikan barang yang dijual, tidak menyembunyikan kecacatan, kerusakan serta mendaptkan izin dari supplier nya maka jual beli online sistem dropshipping ini diperbolehkan, ketiga Jual Beli Online Dengan Sistem Dropshopping Berdasarkan perspetif Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen, mahasiswa yang berjualan dengan sistem dropshipping sudah mendeskripsikan produk, sedangkan 1 tidak, seharusnya para penjual dengan sistem dropshipping ini lebih bisa mewaspadai kekecewaan pelanggan tidak menyembunyikan kecacatan pada barang.
