Abstract

Permainan tradisional di era industri 4.0 tidak lagi menjadi hiburan dan media pembelajaran bagi masyarakat modern, khususnya anak-anak. Kecintaan anak terhadap game online, menjadikan permainan tradisional mulai terpinggirkan. Konservasi permainan tradisional sebagai media pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini perlu dilakukan untuk menghidupkan kembali nilai karakter, memperluas wawasan anak tentang budaya lokal dan belajar, dan khususnya anak memperoleh berbagai ilmu pengetahuan dalam permainan tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan konsep berkeadilan melalui permainan tradisional yang kemudian dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif dengan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa permainan tradisional dapat dijadikan sebagai media belajar berkeadilan. Melalui permainan tradisional Maluku yakni permainan beta kaya beta miskin yang diajarkan kepada anak usia dini di PAUD Melissa Kota Ambon, siswa dapat memahami konsep kesetaraan dimana tidak ada pembeda antara yang kaya dan miskin. Oleh sebab itu, permainan tradisional menjadi sarana efektif dalam membelajarkan anak mengenal berbagai ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the conditions of educational and pedagogical reform. The methodology used is qualitative. Researchers used a qualitative approach, including historical source analysis instruments, content analysis, participant and non-participant observation, and interviews. The research reveals each center's uniqueness and educational identity, examining its internal organization, approach, relationship with the environment, participation models, and other aspects. This shows that there is room for various educational strategies and models that can improve the quality of learning. Daily educational activities reveal elements of traditional pedagogical culture, including textbooks as the primary work material, minimal parental participation, and classes dominated by conventional pedagogical relationship methods. On the other hand, these schools exhibit extraordinary dynamism and unlimited pluralism in their pedagogical reforms. The various networks, teacher collectives, and other initiatives reflect this, striving to renew and reaffirm the approaches of the new school movement while also demonstrating the collective crystallization of the claims that form the foundation of the critical subject. Finally, national and international reports have shown the importance of carefully reflecting on the pedagogical conclusions drawn in education. These conclusions can provide valuable insight into the direction and efforts that should be made to improve the education system as a whole.

Abstract

In the era of technological and information development that is all sophisticated and modern, let's call it the era of industry 4.0 which is currently taking place and will also lead to the era of society 5.0, of course, making the use of the internet and technology a primary need. It cannot be denied that there are positive and negative impacts from the use of the internet and technology, moving from the negative impact that has started to make people behave individually. Lack of care and intolerance among others, the main purpose of this paper is to analyse the concept of Pancasila education as a national character education in the midst of the current era. The research in this paper uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analytical research type, with data collection techniques using literature review. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education as a national character education is certainly a character formation starting from the practice of Pancasila values ​​for the millennial generation in all aspects of social, national and state life. This can certainly be done well if the strengthening of the cultivation of Pancasila values ​​is carried out both in the family environment and in the world of education or even introductory socializations that can be carried out so that the millennial generation does not lose direction, it can actually better understand the values ​​of Pancasila itself.

Abstract

The issue that this paper seeks to address is how the Law 20 of 2016 regulates trademarks and geographical indications in relation to municipal branding. Normalcy in the law is the subject of this study. Law 20 of 2016, which regulates geographical indications and trademarks, is the subject of this study's investigation into the potential consequences of city branding. After then, a statute and a conceptual framework pertaining to trademark registration are used to examine the matter. Following this description, the author has drawn the following conclusions: One thing to keep in mind is that city branding is not specifically addressed in Law No. 20 of 2016, which regulates trademarks and geographical indicators. Second, because it does not contradict with anything that is forbidden or cannot be registered in a trademark registration application, city branding can be specifically registered as a city service or trademark. Thirdly, the city branding of Ambon City, known as “Ambon City of Music,” satisfies the elements of city branding previously mentioned. In addition, the brand “Ambon City of Music” is known among local and national communities as having given birth to or produced many singers and musicians in this city.

Abstract

Land issues certainly never end and still occur frequently. This research was conducted on the basis that there are still many people who question the status of ownership rights to land in coastal areas. As in Article 9 paragraph 2 of the UUPA, it is the basis of legitimacy for every Indonesian citizen, both men and women, to have the same opportunity to obtain rights to land and obtain benefits from that land. So of course everyone has the right to control land in coastal areas, but what is the status of their authority? The research method used is legal research, with using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach related to the authority to control individuals over land in coastal areas. The conclusion from the results of the analysis carried out can be understood that property rights cannot be used as a basis for individual rights to coastal land because coastal land is land located in coastal areas, which means that coastal areas are potential areas and are the authority of both district/city governments.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa toleransi dan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila dan konsep industri hijau. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 3 Poka dan melibatkan tiga kelompok kelas: kelas 1–2, kelas 3–4, serta kelas 5–6. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pembuatan mozaik lambang sila ketiga Pancasila dan pemutaran film toleransi bagi siswa kelas 1–2; pembuatan bunga daur ulang dari gelas plastik bekas untuk siswa kelas 3–4; dan pembuatan eco-candle berbahan minyak jelantah untuk siswa kelas 5–6. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami nilai toleransi melalui aktivitas kreatif, kerja kelompok, dan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Selain itu, kesadaran lingkungan meningkat melalui praktik langsung pengolahan limbah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Program ini mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan industri hijau dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi dan kepedulian lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model keberlanjutan bagi sekolah dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter yang holistik.
