Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the accounting information system and the influence of social media as a promotional medium on the sales of Rotte Bakery, PekanBaru. The target object of this research is Rotte Bakery PekanBaru. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with primary data obtained from observations and interviews with the director of the IT department and the marketing department at Rotte Bakery. Based on the results of observations and interviews, this study shows the results that the analysis of accounting information systems and the influence of social media as a promotional medium to increase sales at Rotte Bakery is very helpful for companies in running their business. The sales accounting information system developed by Rotte Bakery, namely Dreampost.id, aims for an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, there are several sections such as logistics, profit sharing and payroll, cashiers, and sales that have been collected into one in this application. With this application, it helps companies integrate their sales. In addition, social media also plays a role in increasing sales at Rotte Bakery. By making social media a promotional platform, sales at Rotte Bakery increased from 2019 by an average of 30-60%. This shows that social media is very influential on Rotte Bakery's marketing.

Abstract

Usaha yang dijalankan oleh UMKM Pesona Water merupakan usaha pengisian air mineral, yang usahanya berjalan lancar dan memudahkan  masyarakat setempat. Saat ini, Pesona Water masih mengelola pembukuan keuangannya secara manual, di mana setiap transaksi hanya mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran serta menghitung persediaan secara manual. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, terdapat  keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar. Dengan adanya permasalahan yang ditemukan maka metode yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam pembuatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai ketentuan SAK EMKM. pengabdian ini penting dilakukan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan keuangan serta meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemahaman dari pengelola keuangan Pesona Water dalam mengatur pembelian dan penjualan barang, menghitung persediaan fisik, dan menyusun laporan keuangan mandiri yang sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.

Abstract

Dalam konteks profesi akuntansi, auditor diharapkan mematuhi standar profesi yang ditetapkan oleh Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI), termasuk standar umum, standar kerja lapangan, dan standar pelaporan. Kualitas audit yang dihasilkan sangat bergantung pada tingkat profesionalisme dan integritas auditor, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa auditor yang memiliki sikap objektif, profesional, dan independen dapat menghasilkan laporan audit yang jujur ​​dan dapat diandalkan serta berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas audit secara keseluruhan. Objektivitas auditor penting untuk memastikan bahwa keputusan dibuat berdasarkan fakta dan bukti yang tersedia, tanpa dipengaruhi oleh tekanan eksternal atau konflik kepentingan. Profesionalisme auditor juga mencakup kewajiban untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaannya melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pendidikan lebih lanjut. Peran penting lain yang dimainkan oleh independensi auditor adalah memungkinkan auditor untuk melaksanakan tugasnya bebas dari campur tangan pemangku kepentingan.
