Abstract

The purpose of this study on the Role of Green Economy in Encouraging Entrepreneurial Innovation of MSME’s Selling Coconut Ice is to find out how to classify waste that can be processed into something that can be reused and waste that cannot be processed. Coconut ice sellers sometimes do not know how coconut waste can be processed into something that has economic value. Therefore, coconut ice sellers only sell coconut to be made into coconut ice with various variants by providing innovative flavors other than original such as palm sugar flavors, or using flavored syrups. With so many coconut ice sellers today, there is a large amount of coconut waste generated every day. Materials that sometimes cause waste in MSME entrepreneurs selling coconut ice are waste that is not used or discarded such as coconut shells, coconut fibers, syrup bottles, milk cans, and plastic (other waste). This is a problem for traders who have difficulty distributing waste so that it can be processed into something that can be used or useful and has economic value for waste that is reprocessed. To emphasize the environmentally friendly aspects of coconut waste and can increase the attractiveness for consumers to care about their environment regarding the waste. So from the conclusion of this research can emphasize, how important the green economy is in encouraging innovation regarding entrepreneurship in MSME’s for coconut ice sellers.

Abstract

Effective financial management is an important part of life, especially for students who are heading towards financial independence. This study aims to provide an analysis of the influence of educational factors, financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial management of accounting students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. In this data analysis is carried out by observing the answers to the questionnaires that have been filled out and interviewing a number of students from the accounting study program. Using qualitative methods can gain a comprehensive understanding of how these factors interact and shape students' financial management practices. The results show that accounting education provides a strong theoretical foundation, based on the inclusion of certain research findings, but is not always directly proportional to the daily practice of financial management. Low levels of financial literacy are often a major obstacle, especially when it comes to long-term financial planning. Consumptive lifestyles are also an important factor in students' financial decisions. In addition, the study also found that social factors such as family and peer influence also affect students' financial behavior as well. This research provides a better understanding of the causes that influence college students' financial management. The results of this study can serve as a foundation for developing more relevant and effective financial education programs and provide recommendations for accounting students to better manage their finances. Researchers also hope to contribute to the development of student financial management literature, especially accounting students. The results of this study can also provide references for educational institutions, universities, and other financial institutions to design programs to improve student financial literacy.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of interest rates and inflation during the 2019-2023 period on asset allocation strategies in Indonesia's investment portfolio. Investment decisions are heavily influenced by two macroeconomic components, namely interest rates and inflation. These factors mainly affect how assets comprise a portfolio. In this study, data on Bank Indonesia's benchmark interest rate and the national inflation rate over the past five years are analyzed to see the pattern of change and its impact on asset allocation strategies, which include stocks, bonds, property, and other assets. The results show that rising interest rates significantly encourage people to shift from high-risk assets (e.g. stocks) to safer assets (e.g. bonds and deposits). Meanwhile, high inflation triggers an increased allocation to physical assets such as property and gold as a hedge against declining purchasing power. This research provides insights for investors to adjust their investment portfolios based on macroeconomic dynamics, especially in the face of interest rate volatility and inflation. The findings also highlight the importance of flexibility and diversification in asset allocation strategies to achieve optimal investment objectives amid economic uncertainty. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of understanding interest rate and inflation dynamics in formulating effective investment strategies in Indonesia. The implications of these findings can be used by investors and policymakers in designing better monetary policies and investment strategies, in order to maintain national economic stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of Micro Fundamentals (X1) and Profitability (X2) on firm value with Ownership Structure (Z1) and Capital Structure (Z2) as intervening variables in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The independent variables used are micro fundamentals with indicators of DR, LDR, and DCR, and profitability with indicators of GPM, NPM, and ROE. Intervening variables include ownership structure (Type of Ownership, Type of Shareholders, Number of Board of Commissioners) and Capital Structure (Z2), namely (EBIT, LTDER, DAR). The dependent variable analysed is Firm Value (Y) which is measured using ROA, EPS, and PER. The research method uses quantitative methodology with secondary data consisting of company balance sheet reports during a certain period. The SmartPLS 4 application was used to conduct data analysis to test the relationship between variables. The study results prove that Micro Fundamental (X1) has no significant direct influence on Firm Value (Y), but has a significant influence on capital structure. Profitability (X2) has a significant effect on Firm Value (Y). Capital Structure (Z2) also plays a significant role as an intervening variable in the relationship between Micro Fundamental (X1) and Firm Value (Y). These findings provide important insights for company management and investors in managing financial structure to increase Firm Value (Y).

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven fundamental changes in management accounting practices, which no longer serve merely as internal recording tools but have transformed into strategic support systems for business decision-making. This article aims to systematically examine the role of technology-based management accounting in supporting decisions at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 20 relevant scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025. The findings indicate that the integration of technologies such as ERP, cloud accounting, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data can enhance the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of managerial decision-making. Additionally, it was found that the implementation of technology significantly impacts operational efficiency and a company's competitiveness. However, the success of implementing technology-based management accounting systems heavily depends on organizational readiness, human resource competencies, as well as supportive work structures and cultures. This article also identifies gaps in the literature, particularly in the context of SMEs, which present important opportunities for future research.
