Abstract

Office stationery (ATK) is office equipment that plays a vital role in the running of the company's administrative functions. ATK will generally be restocked periodically when the inventory has run out, so that office stationery can be categorized as consumables. The system for recording inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit is carried out manually and computerized. However, there are still many features that are not available in the computer system and especially the issuance of goods is still done manually. Based on the facts in the field, this can trigger problems that can occur due to the recording of consumable goods inventory which is still done manually, namely the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and does not rule out the possibility of damage or loss of books containing records of goods expenditure. This problem is the basis for researchers to take the research topic of inventory management of consumables in the form of office stationery at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data information is obtained through observation, interviews, and direct documentation on the object of research. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. The results of this study are a web-based consumable inventory management application program using PHP and MySQL which is needed by the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit and several constructive suggestions in the hope that the current system will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements is running effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, the benefit of this research is as material for consideration and input in improving cash receipt and disbursement procedures at PT. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera, and to produce a Web-Based Cash Receipts and Disbursements Application Program. In this research the author used primary data and secondary data such as interview results, observations and documentation.The theoretical framework is to analyze the Cash Receipts and Disbursements Accounting Information System, namely by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, procedural networks, documents and accounting records used, as well as document flowcharts.From this research it was found that all cash recording at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera is still semi-manual, namely using Microsoft Excel. The author suggests that PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera use the Web-Based Cash Receipts and Disbursements Application Program to help record cash receipts and disbursements data, as well as make it easier to create reports effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

PT Air Minum Tabalong Bersinar (Perseroda) is a regional-owned business entity engaged in the field of drinking water services for all people in the Tabalong Regency area. A company really needs to carry out internal control over cash receipt and disbursement procedures, because it is related to the continuity of the company's operations. Every day, PT Air Minum Tabalong Bersinar (Perseroda) always supervises cash receipts sourced from water bill income, new connection installations, reconnections, and inspection income. The large amount of cash received every day makes transactions increasingly dense, there is no application to process cash filling and disbursement data, so the calculations are inaccurate, and it is difficult to present cash receipt and disbursement reports briefly. In addition, the problems that occur in cash management, PT Air Minum Tabalong Bersinar (Perseroda) still does the manual method, namely by entering cash receipts and disbursements in Microsoft Excel, and recapitulating data every day by entering it into the table provided. This is less effective and efficient, because it does not shorten the processing time at all and can be risky for data that has not been entered due to unsystematic presentation. Therefore, an application is needed that can handle the current problems, namely the cash receipt and disbursement application to help the process of presenting reports briefly and make it easier for employees to enter data, search for data, and computerized income.

Abstract

Perhitungan penyusutan aset tetap secara manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Banjarmasin menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pelaporan, potensi kesalahan dalam penghitungan, serta menyulitkan proses monitoring nilai buku aset secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web yang mampu melakukan perhitungan penyusutan aset tetap secara otomatis dengan metode garis lurus sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (PSAP) No. 07. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi meliputi PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, CSS, dan JQuery. Hasil dari implementasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu menghitung penyusutan aset tetap secara otomatis dan akurat, menghasilkan laporan siap cetak, serta menyajikan data visual dalam bentuk grafik. Aplikasi ini memudahkan proses pelaporan dan pengawasan nilai aset tetap, serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan aset di lingkungan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of an inventory accounting information system at UD Ismail. The purpose of this research is to find out a good and correct inventory accounting information system, and to produce a Web-Based Merchandise Inventory Application Program. Theoretical framework is to analyze the Inventory Accounting Information System by analyzing the required information. Namely by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, documents and accounting records used, document flowcharts (flowchart). And the program that was developed the first step was to design the relations between tables. Designing interfaces. And output design. From this research, it was found some facts where inventory recording at UD Ismail still uses a semi-manual system. The author suggests using a web-based inventory application program in order to facilitate and assist UD Ismail in recording and making inventory reports.
