Abstract

Determination of majors for students in accordance with the weight of knowledge conditions or commonly referred to as determining student majors in the high school environment is determined by the understanding of learning in understanding knowledge which is supported by elements of specialization, because the scientific character is proportional to the same properties of the object pursuing the science. With this assumption, someone who studies a science will be able to deepen it if he has pleasure in what he is studying. Pleasure with something being learned can affect the quality of student learning outcomes in certain scientific fields of study. It can be said that the focus on a material being studied, students will learn more comfortably and achieve a better understanding so that the weight of the knowledge learned will be achieved [1]. The process of determining the majors is held to select and classify the same students' abilities in one education department according to the field taken. This is done so that there is an adjustment to the students' interests and abilities in the desired field of majors, so that it is expected to provide comfort in learning and affect the achievement of understanding and student learning achievement. The formation of data grouping is one of the methods or methods used in parsing uniform patterns in data. Grouping analysis is the process of sorting data in a group into several groups whose data similarity in one group is greater than the similarity of the data to data in other groups [4]. A method that is often used in data set grouping is the use of the clustering algorithm [5]. There are many data clustering algorithms, one of which is frequently used, namely Fuzzy C-Means. The K-Means clustering method is not appropriate to use to classify students based on the similarity of academic abilities in the process of determining majors according to the provisions of the Ministry of National Education. Of the 42 examples, some of the data are 10 Banjarmasin Public Senior High Schools 13 which will be grouped into 3 groups based on the similarity in the value of 10 core majors. The difference between the results of clustering student data manually (based on the provisions used in SMA 13 Banjarmasin) with the results of the K-Means algorithm clustering is due to (a) the K-Means algorithm performs student data clustering based on similar data patterns (scores) in groups that are which has been set, and is not tied to a certain rule or variable values. (b) The student clustering method used in SMA 13 Banjarmasin in determining majors is grouping students based on the similarity of values ​​in predetermined groups, but tied to a certain rule or variable value, namely the minimum standard value (minimum completeness criteria value / KKM). ) to belong to a certain group.

Abstract

Accounting information system (AIS) is a system that is useful for collecting, storing and processing financial and accounting data used by decision makers. Accounting information is a generally computer-based system and method for tracking accounting activities in relation to information technology resources. This study aims to create an accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements. The method used is R&D (research and development) for making an accounting information system for cash receipts and cash disbursements, a case study in the practice of dr.AMINAH Barabai. The results of this study can be used as a web-based cash receipt and disbursement application program and can help dr.Aminah's practice to record patient data, record transactions and find out information related to cash receipts and disbursements.

Abstract

The development of research topics in the field of eye tracking has become a good trend at the international level because eye tracking is not only used in the fields of health or psychology but can also be used in education, including chemistry and science learning. This research aims to look at trends and updates on the topic of eye tracking in chemistry learning so that gaps and research opportunities can be found. This research uses bibliometric methods with articles collected from Google Scholar and VOSviewer software is used to analyze and visualize the relationship of various elements in the dataset. From the results of the analysis, information was obtained: (1) the development of eye tracking publications in the context of learning chemistry, science and pure chemistry experienced fluctuations in the publication timeframe 2018-2023; (2) the publisher that publishes a lot of eye-tracking literature is Elsavier; (3) United States is the country with the most authors; (4) the journal that receives the most eye-tracking articles is Computers & Education; (5) It is known that 83.5% of eye tracking articles are published in Q1-Q3 journals; (6) authors who have conducted a lot of research on the topic of eye tracking are "Sigfredo Fuentez, Claudia Gonzalez Viejo and Richard E. Mayer"; (7) There are 162 keywords divided into 19 clusters; ; (8) "eye movements, eye tracking and virtual reality" are keywords that appear frequently; (9) Eye tracking research topics in chemistry learning that are still little researched are "drawing, learning processes, stem content knowledge, visual spatial content, gaze tracking, visual problems, perceptual learning". This research also found trends as well as research gaps and opportunities related to the topic of eye tracking in chemistry, science and pure chemistry learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD) di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa dengan model EUCS menggunakan variabel content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode end user computing satisfaction (EUCS) yang di kembangkan oleh Doll dan Torkzadeh pada tahun 1991 menggunakan teknik analisis faktor. Hasil analisis faktor kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) di Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa menggunakan lima indikator pada EUCS menunjukkan dua indikator yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna yaitu indikator content dan precision. Sedangkan indikator design, usability dan idealness tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Based on RBV’s theory, SMA Usage and employee mental health are valuable internal resources that can offer a competitive advantage when managed effectively. This research explores their impact on firm performance and highlights their importance to organizations. This is an experimental study with a 2x2 factorial design between subjects by manipulating SMA Usage (strong and weak) and the manager's mental health (high and low). This study found that SMA Usage and managers' mental health are key factors in firm performance, with the interaction effect evident only in net profit. The findings also support RBV theory, showing that both are crucial for firms to manage effectively. This study offers valuable practical implications for companies aiming to enhance performance. Effective SMA implementation supports strategic decisions, while prioritizing managers' mental health promotes strong leadership, both contributing to sustainable competitive advantage. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study that combined the field of strategic management accounting with the field of psychology to examine the effects on firm performance. The experimental approach is also a novelty to test the causality of the two factors

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu pembudidaya ikan air tawar di sepanjang Sungai Kemuning, Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan, dalam meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya melalui penerapan kolam terpal sistem resirkulasi dengan biofilter berbasis energi surya. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perancangan dan pembuatan kolam terpal berukuran 2 × 1 × 0,5 m, pemasangan sistem filtrasi tiga lapis (mekanis, biologis, kimia), serta integrasi pompa dan aerator bertenaga surya. Kelompok mitra mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan agar sistem dapat dioperasikan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem resirkulasi mampu mengurangi penggunaan air hingga ±75% dibanding metode konvensional, menjaga kualitas air tetap optimal dengan pH dan kadar amonia yang stabil, serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan (>90%). Pemanfaatan energi surya menekan biaya operasional dan mendukung praktik budidaya ramah lingkungan. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan pengetahuan pembudidaya, tetapi juga berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga dan ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Inovasi ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan kondisi serupa sebagai model teknologi akuakultur berkelanjutan

Abstract

Technological advances can be used to simplify the learning process. This use includes the use of games as a product of technological progress. Games make the concepts presented interesting. One type of game that can be used is a role-playing game (RPG). RPG games are games that focus on story and character development. Students often lack the motivation to learn. Apart from that, students also have difficulty learning thermochemical concepts. This study aimed to describe the validation of thermochemical concepts RPG game learning media based on the assessment of material experts and media experts. Assessment is carried out using a validation sheet. This study used a research and development (RD) method. Then the results obtained are divided into very valid, valid, quite valid, invalid, and very invalid. Based on the material expert's assessment, the thermochemical concepts RPG game learning media was rated very valid (89%), and based on the media expert's assessment, it was rated as valid (80%), so the learning media developed could be implemented.
