Abstract

Productivity is one of the components that every company must have. For companies that utilise human resources, it is directed at increasing employee productivity and performance to the maximum. The company PT WIKA Beton Tbk in Majalengka already has an ISO 9001: 2008 certificate and has implemented the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system as a standard for the precast concrete products it produces. The purpose of this study is to analyse the application of ISO 9001: 2008 to increase employee productivity and performance simultaneously and partially at PT.WIKA Beton Tbk in Majalengka. This study uses the statistical method of path analysis, completed using the SPSS for windows release 20.0 programme. The study results show that the direct effect of the quality management system on productivity improvement is 5.76%, the effect of resource management on productivity improvement is 1.00%, the effect of continuous improvement on productivity improvement is 40.45%, and the combined effect is 85.80%. The effect of quality management system on employee performance is 0.1521%, continuous improvement on employee performance is 77.088% and combined is 71.30%. The effect of productivity improvement on employee performance is 72.932% and the combined effect is 73%. While the indirect effect between the quality management system to increase productivity through employee performance is 24.096%, resource management to increase productivity through employee performance is 7.174% and continuous improvement to increase productivity through employee performance is 54.314%. The results show that the company pays more attention to variables that have a major influence on improving employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

Kamun Dam is a permanent weir with its water intake in the Cilutung River Basin (DAS). One major factor affecting water reduction at the weir is sediment settling at the upstream base. Effective and efficient management is crucial for irrigation water and networks to maximize benefits. Water loss from primary to secondary and tertiary channels negatively impacts irrigation system performance. The water flow through weirs and structures with varying discharges influences the water surface profile and its characteristics.This research aimed to determine the water level, total sediment transport capacity, water discharge loss in the West Cilutung main channel, and the water surface profile shape. The data comprised primary data from field investigations and secondary data, including average discharge data from 2008-2017.Water level analysis was performed using hydraulic formulas and the Trial and Error method. The highest water level recorded was 0.74 m in April, and the lowest was 0.22 m in August. Sediment transport analysis, using the Meyer-Peter Muller method, estimated that it would take approximately 13 years to fill the upstream of Kamun Dam with 1,436,470.04 m³ of sediment, without dredging, given a river width of 74.15 m and height of 3 m. Water discharge loss analysis, using the inflow and outflow method, showed Qrenc results from BLK.1-BLB.1 at 0.06 m³/sec and Qactual at 0.27 m³/sec. The water surface profile analysis, using the graphical integration method, yielded Qrenc results for profile I f(y) = 4786 and Qactual results for profile I f(y) = 789

Abstract

Abstrak Pembangunan Dinding penahan tanah pada proyek preservasi jalan Cirebon – Palimanan – Sumedang merupakan suatu pekerjaan penanganan longsoran yang terjadi pada titik lokasi KM 68+500. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksananaan pekerjaan pembangunan dinding penahan tanah, serta mengetahui alat dan bahan apa saja yang digunakan pada pembangunan dinding penahan tanah pada proyek preservasi jalan Cirebon - Palimanan – Sumedang. Dalam metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah terdapat lima tahapan pekerjaan diantaranya yaitu Pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan bored pile, pekerjaan pembesian, pemasangan bekisting, pengecoran dinding penahan tanah, dan pekerjaan akhir. Adapun untuk bahan-bahan yang digunakan pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah (retaining wall) yaitu menggunakan beton fc’30 Mpa slump 12+2, multiplex plywod dengan ketebalan 18 mm, besi/baja tulangan sirip D25 BjTS 420A dan besi/baja tulangan polos D19 BjTP 280. Sedangkan alat-alat yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding penahan tanah (retaining wall) yaitu meliputi : drilling rig machine, excavator, dump truck, truck mixer, tandem roller, truk pengangkut, bar bender, bar cutter, alat alat ukur, mesin las, dan lain-lain Abstract The construction of a retaining wall on the Cirebon – Palimanan – Sumedang road preservation project is an avalanche handling work that occurred at the location point KM 68+500. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of carrying out the construction of retaining walls, and find out what tools and materials were used in the construction of retaining walls on the Cirebon - Palimanan - Sumedang road preservation project. In the method of carrying out retaining wall work, there are five stages of work including preparatory work, bored pile work, ironing work, formwork installation, retaining wall casting, and final work.As for the materials used in carrying out the retaining wall work, namely using fc'30 Mpa slump 12+2 concrete, multiplex plywod with a thickness of 18 mm, iron/steel reinforcing fins D25 BjTS 420A and plain iron/steel reinforcement D19 BjTP 280. While the tools used in carrying out the retaining wall work include: drilling rig machine, excavator, dump truck, mixer truck, tandem roller, transport truck, bar bender, bar cutter, measuring tools , welding machine, and others.
