Abstract

Abstract

Planning and controlling costs and time is part of the overall construction project management. In addition to the assessment in terms of quality, the achievement of a project can also be assessed in terms of cost and time. The costs that have been incurred and the time spent in completing a job must be measured continuously for deviations from the plan. The presence of significant cost and time deviations indicates poor project management. With the existence of project performance indicators in terms of cost and time this allows preventive actions so that project implementation goes according to plan. The concept of "Earned Value" is one of the tools used in project management that integrates cost and time and by using Ms. Projects. Ms. Project is a project management software product and is developed and sold by Microsoft. It is designed to assist a project manager in developing plans, assigning resources and tasks, tracking progress, managing budgets and analyzing workloads. From the results of the evaluation of cost control and project schedules on outpatient and basement building construction projects using the earned value method, it can be concluded that the CV (Cost Variant) in this project results in 0 which means the Zero Number on the Cost Variant indicates that the cost is within the budget, SV (Schedule). Variant ) the value shows a negative number, this means that the completion of the work is delayed, the CPI (Cost Performance Index) is 1, meaning that the expenditure is in accordance with the project budget

Abstract

The planning and design of a Hotel & Resort should be in accordance with the climate and location of the construction. In Indonesia, especially in areas that have cool air and are far from air pollution and noise pollution, they have a tropical climate, so Tropical Architecture is very suitable for planning and designing Hotels & Resorts, but it is possible to plan and design Hotels & Resorts with other architectural characteristics. Modeling studies can also be called modeling design and information about buildings, which is a field of science that examines development planning, development implementation, and maintaining and repairing if there is damage in a building. Activities from these fields of science are studying design drawings of houses, offices, buildings, and so on. In addition, this field of science does not only study building design, but this field of science will learn how to calculate the cost budget plan which is often referred to as RAB. Air circulation modeling has several sub-specifics, namely Planning Plan, building view, section view, Air Flow Scheme, and air circulation calculation. The building modeling method here uses an application called Autocad and SketchUp, then for the calculation of the natural air circulation using the ACPH (Hourly Air Exchange System) method. . Building 1 has a building area of approximately 1486.7 M2 2 floors, building 2 has a building area of 461 M2 1 floor, and the hotel room area has a building area of 940.56 M2.

In the production department of a manufacturing company, ergonomic, healty and safety should be a majorconcern. It’s a departement with an high accident work rate. One of approach method in the improvement ofworking methods of cutting provider of raw materials are antrhopmometri in ergonomics, its can be used toimprove the working tools of the operator so that work equipment is used in accordance with the standardsbody anthopometri operator. Nordic body map used to recognize the parts of the body operators that havecomplaint at the time of cutting raw material that aim to reduce the complaints that occur when they doinghis job. The study was conducted with the biomechanical approach to the condition before and after work.Previous measurements of anthropometric dimensions of the body to obtain a standard tool used byoperators of production department. Biomechanical analysis focused only on the link and joint body partsoperators has complaints while working to obtain the energy consumption before and after work. The initialdimension of the raw material table slider 350 x 25 cm with a single cutting of the raw material resulting inrepeated cuts. The result of dimensional redesign raw material table slider that indicate significantdifferences, the dimension needed are 530 x 70 cm. By using raw materials slider table current conditionthe energy expenditure result are 4,6375 kcal/min. Based on standard workload Lehman 3,75 kcal/min, theenergy expenditure operators showed that cuts the raw material requires greater energy. Through theredesign of the raw material table slider and better cutting methode, the forces and moments acting on theoperators when work will create the new workload position. The energy expenditure of the new workloadposition indicate better result and operators doing their job with a standard workload.

Abstract

The rapid of economic growth in Indonesia, of course, accompanied by the increasing public demand for construction projects. Each project has a different goal, in the implementation of the General Election Commission Office Building Construction Project which is planned for 143 calendar days, namely in the period 10th August 2020 to 31st December 2020 by the Contractor PT. Kalimasada Zahraa Jaya with a project value of Rp. 4.306.705.600,- In the process of achieving these goals, a good construction management is needed so that the project is in accordance with the plan. In this case, the Earned Value Analysis method is used to determine if there is a discrepancy in the implementation of the project. The data analysis process uses Microsoft Project software for project scheduling and human resource allocation for each element of work effectively and efficiently. The data analyzed include presenting S curve graph data, calculating the schedule variance "SV" and SPI values from the BCWP and BCWS data values every week or cumulatively to produce the actual project duration and the remaining total duration. From the results of the "EVA" method in the 20th week, the comulative EV value of Rp. 4,306,705,600, which shows that the costs incurred to complete the project are in accordance to the plan. The resulting SV figure is + Rp 20,499,919,- which means that the completion of the work is faster than the plan and the SPI value is 1,005, the project implementation performance is better than the schedule planning ahead of the plan.

Abstract

Kamun Dam is a permanent weir with its water intake in the Cilutung River Basin (DAS). One major factor affecting water reduction at the weir is sediment settling at the upstream base. Effective and efficient management is crucial for irrigation water and networks to maximize benefits. Water loss from primary to secondary and tertiary channels negatively impacts irrigation system performance. The water flow through weirs and structures with varying discharges influences the water surface profile and its characteristics. This research aimed to determine the water level, total sediment transport capacity, water discharge loss in the West Cilutung main channel, and the water surface profile shape. The data comprised primary data from field investigations and secondary data, including average discharge data from 2008-2017.Water level analysis was performed using hydraulic formulas and the Trial and Error method. The highest water level recorded was 0.74 m in April, and the lowest was 0.22 m in August. Sediment transport analysis, using the Meyer-Peter Muller method, estimated that it would take approximately 13 years to fill the upstream of Kamun Dam with 1,436,470.04 m³ of sediment, without dredging, given a river width of 74.15 m and height of 3 m. Water discharge loss analysis, using the inflow and outflow method, showed Qrenc results from BLK.1-BLB.1 at 0.06 m³/sec and Qactual at 0.27 m³/sec. The water surface profile analysis, using the graphical integration method, yielded Qrenc results for profile I f(y) = 4786 and Qactual results for profile I f(y) = 789

Abstract

Abstract

Transportation planning plays a principal role in sustainable development, but many regions still face problems such as congestion and high emissions. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method to analyse the development of transportation planning techniques based on publications indexed by Google Scholar. The prime focus is on the trend of data-based approaches and technology integration. The results show that the dominant topics include regulation, planning, transportation planning, and accidents. The largest publisher is Elsevier, followed by Springer and Taylor & Francis, indicating the dominance of high-reputation journals. The types of sources vary, with the majority coming from the “Other” category and books. Publications increased significantly in 2009–2010 and decreased in the last decade. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the main directions and focuses of transportation research and serves as a basis for further studies.
