Abstract

Processed food from rabbit meat has great potential as a healthy food for people. High protein and low fat is the superiority from rabbit meat, but food from rabbit meat is not familiar as chicken meat. There are several processed food from rabbit meat in Banyumas, one of them which is UMKM Rabbit Satay at the Baturraden Lokawisata. The purpose of this research is to find out strategy for development for UMKM Rabbit Satay. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The result of this research using SWOT analysis showed that position of the UMKM Rabbit Satay at the Baturraden Lokawisata is in V position (Hold and Maintenance). Meaning is necessary to maintain good performance and fixed some bad performance. The strength and opportunities is the highest score of 3.444. This means that beautiful view can make consumer to enjoy it with some food, high protein content needs to be advertising or make a banners, lots of visitors have a healthy lifestyle make opportunities can be combined with discount prices or can increase the number of orders

Abstract

        Every company is required to achieve an optimal level of efficiency. Efficiency is ability to use resources (inputs) to achieve a certain amount of output. Supply chain performance efficiency can determine which input supply units are efficient or inefficient. PTPN IX Kebun Krumput Banyumas has a latex supply chain to produce export quality natural rubber. The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the efficiency of latex supply chain performance of each unit three afdeling in Krumput garden. The analytical method used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), a linear program-based technique to measure the efficiency of a unit. The results show the Tumiyang afdeling is afdeling has the most efficient DMUs, namely 3, while the Krumput and Kubangkangkung afdeling have only one each. Overall, the efficiency performance of three afdeling supply chains is quite good as shown by the total average efficiency value of 0.81454. Keywords: Supply Chain Efficiency, Data Envelopment Analysis, Krumput Garden. INTISARI        Setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi yang optimal. Efisiensi merupakan kemampuan dalam menggunakan sumber daya (input) untuk mencapai output dalam jumlah tertentu. Efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok dapat menentukan satuan unit pasokan input mana yang efisien atau inefisien. PTPN IX Kebun Krumput Banyumas memiliki rantai pasok lateks untuk melakukan produksi karet alam kualitas ekspor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menilai efisiensi kinerja rantai pasok lateks setiap unit di ketiga afdeling yang ada kebun Krumput. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) yaitu teknik berbasis program linier untuk mengukur efisiensi suatu unit. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa afdeling Tumiyang menjadi afdeling yang memiliki paling banyak DMU efisien yaitu 3, sedangkan afdeling Krumput dan Kubangkangkung masing-masing hanya memiliki satu. Secara keseluruhan kinerja efisiensi rantai pasok ketiga afdeling sudah cukup baik yang ditunjukan dengan nilai efisiensi rata-rata total di angka 0,81454. Kata Kunci: Efisiensi Rantai Pasok, Data Envelopment Analysis, Kebun Krumput.

Abstract

Companies are required to achieve full efficiency, which use of certain inputs to produce optimal output. Efficiency is one of the indicators in measuring the operational performance of a company. This research uses the Bootstrap Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results DMUs full efficiency are BISI, WAPO, LSIP, MGRO and SMAR. Average efficiency of all DMUs is 0.7314 and the priority improvement is DMU BTEK with OFI value of 16.11%. DMUs are Increasing are AALI, ANDI, ANJT, BTEK, BWPT, CSRA, GZCO, JAWA, PGUN and PSGO. DMUs are constant are BISI, WAPO, LSIP, MGRO and SMAR. DMU decreasing is DSNG, FAPA, SGRO, SIMP and SSMS. The highest DEA Bootstrap bias estimate is 0.36 from DMUs full efficiency values. Meanwhile, the lowest bias value is 0.002 from DMU BWPT. The bias estimate between the CCR and Bootstrap DEA models has a difference of 0.199. The DMU becomes a role model and more dominant than other benchmarking peers is SMAR.
