Abstract

Sanggar Pesona Wangka is a place for dance and music activities that have an important role in preserving Bangka Belitung culture. Sanggar Pesona Wangka also provides dance equipment rental. The process of renting dance equipment is still conducted conventionally so it takes longer. Another obstacle faced is the difficulty for tenants to obtain information regarding the availability of the dance equipment they need to rent. The conventional rent system is also considered inefficient because tenants must come to the studio to meet with the owner and directly select the dance equipment to be rented. This study aims to design and develop a website-based dance equipment rental system for Sanggar Pesona Wangka to facilitate the processing of the required data into accurate and easily accessible information for prospective tenants. The system implements a SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method-based decision support system that can provide the best customer recommendations based on 2 criteria, namely the number of transactions and total transaction costs. Methods of data collection in this study using observation and interview methods. For system development using the prototype method with the programming language PHP and MySQL. System testing is implemented the black box testing and user acceptance testing methods. The test results show that the system runs 100% as expected. Meanwhile, from the results of user acceptance testing, it was obtained 92.6% percentage that conclude the system was feasible to use.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based goods inventory system at SMKN 1 Parittiga to assist the goods inventory section in submitting goods, information on incoming and outgoing goods and the condition of the goods. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and the data collection method is the method of observation, interviews, literature and documentation and uses the waterfall method as a software development method. This web-based inventory information system at SMKN 1 Parittiga was built using sublime text PHP, Bootstrap, CI, database, and MySQL programming languages. The goods inventory information system at SMKN 1 Parittiga makes it easy for admins to submit goods, information on incoming and outgoing goods, and information on the condition of goods. For this reason, in this project, analysis and design of the system have been carried out, with the final result that this inventory information system has proven to facilitate and greatly assist the performance of the inventory section.

Abstract

Waste remains a major issue in Bangka Regency. To address this, a community service program was conducted through the empowerment of Bank Sampah Karya Mandiri in Karya Makmur Village. The program aimed to enhance public awareness and waste management capabilities through digital education and the implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based management system. Activities included discussions with partners, development of an information system and IoT-based digital scales, training for waste bank managers, and community education. A dedicated website was created as an information and promotional platform, while the IoT-based scale enabled automatic and accurate waste transaction records. Evaluation was conducted using questionnaires completed by 38 respondents. Results showed a 90% improvement in management capabilities and a 91% increase in market strategy effectiveness. These outcomes indicate that the implemented system effectively improves operational efficiency and community understanding of the economic value of waste. The program positively impacted partner self-reliance and opened opportunities for further technology-based development. Continued monitoring and assistance are recommended to ensure sustainability. Abstrak Sampah masih menjadi permasalahan utama di Kabupaten Bangka. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan Bank Sampah Karya Mandiri di Desa Karya Makmur. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan pengelolaan sampah melalui edukasi digital dan penerapan sistem manajemen berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Tahapan kegiatan meliputi diskusi dengan mitra, pengembangan sistem informasi dan timbangan digital IoT, pelatihan pengelola, serta edukasi masyarakat. Website bank sampah dikembangkan sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi, sementara timbangan IoT memungkinkan pencatatan transaksi secara otomatis dan akurat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 38 responden. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 90% pada aspek kemampuan manajemen dan 91% pada aspek strategi pasar. Capaian ini menunjukkan sistem yang dikembangkan efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap nilai ekonomi sampah. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kemandirian mitra dalam mengelola sampah dan membuka peluang pengembangan lanjutan berbasis teknologi. Monitoring dan pendampingan lanjutan disarankan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan sistem. Kata Kunci: bank sampah; IoT; edukasi digital; pemberdayaan masyarakat
