Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model and the Jigsaw learning model on student learning outcomes in economics class X IPS at SMA Negeri 5 Serang City, as well as to determine the differences using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model and Jigsaw on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X IPS at SMA Negeri 5 Serang City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research (Quasi experimental design) with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design, the population used for this research data is the entire class X IPS. The samples taken were classes X IPS 1 and X IPS 3. The instruments used were tests (pretest-posttest), interviews and non-tests in the form of documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model on learning outcomes with the t test Tcount < Ttable, namely 0.000 < 2.306. So the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model influences student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the analysis of the Jigsaw learning model with the t test Tcount < Ttable, namely 0.001 < 2.306. So the Jigsaw learning model influences student learning outcomes. The Numbered Head Together (NHT) and Jigsaw learning models have significant differences in learning outcomes. This can be seen from Tcount < Ttable, namely that the Jigsaw learning model is -2.928 < 2.306 and the learning model is -2.928 < 2.306. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the Numbered Head Together (NHT) and jigsaw learning models on the learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Serang City.

Abstract

Village Fund Management is one of the most important things in realizing the Vision and Mission of an area to improve the welfare of the community. The aim of this research is to find out an analysis of the accountability of village fund management in Kadu Agung, Gunungsari District, Banten Province. The research method used was qualitative by conducting direct observations and interviews with several employees and the community in Kadu Agung Village, Gunungsari District. Based on the results of research by conducting direct interviews, it shows that the village fund planning stages are in accordance with the regulations that have been implemented and only involve a few community leaders, but not all of them can be realized, the implementation stage has an implementation schedule and the realization is not entirely in accordance with the schedule even though the community has assisted. The accountability of Kadu Agung Village employees only has evidence in the form of receipts for purchasing goods and not the entire community knows about their accountability. The results of managing village funds in Kadu Agung are not in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community because many poor people do not receive assistance from the village, causing inequality between the community and the Kadu Agung Village.

Abstract

Project of PKM in Training of Trainer (ToT) aims to encourage synergy between OJK financial services business actors and university academics to provide literacy and education on Understanding Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector to the community in Serang Regency. The pre-test results show the ability and understanding of ToT participants, there are participants who do not understand the Consumer Protection of the Financial Services Sector. Post-test results after the implementation of ToT training showed an increase in participants' understanding of the duties, functions and objectives of the financial services authority in consumer protection, in the financial services sector by 11.4% and related to the level of understanding of participants in recognizing illegal and legal investments there was an increase in understanding by 21.9%. In general, there was a significant increase in the understanding of the training participants after participating in the ToT activities. Furthermore, there is a need for further activities from PKM ToT with training activities to increase skills and understanding for the community to use the financial information service system (SLIK)..

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui program Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) Kelompok 14 Universitas Banten Jaya periode Agustus-September 2023 ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan terutama pengolahan sampah di Desa Pamarayan Kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang Banten. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi, persiapan, penyuluhan, pemberian tempat sampah, publikasi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Partisipasi dan antusiasme masyarakat Desa Pamarayan cukup baik, serta kondusif. Dampak dari kegiatan ini warga mampu meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan terutama pengolahan sampah di Desa Pamarayan, sehingga Desa Pamarayan menjadi asri dan bersih.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of learning media in the subject of Basic Accounting and Institutional Finance in the Independent Curriculum. This study aimed to develop a product of Learner Activity Sheets (LKPD) for Basic Accounting and Institutional Finance subjects. This LKPD was prepared using the development research method (Research and Development) using the 4D model. The initial stage of the research was define, this stage is carried out to define the research needs. The design stage was product design. Develop stage, at this stage the initial product was validated by expert validators, material experts and media experts. After being validated and revised, the product was used by students. The last stage was the dessiminate stage, at this stage the product was distributed on a small scale. The data in this study were obtained through expert validation tests and students response questionnaire. Based on the calculation of the material expert validation test, the percentage results showed 83.34% (very feasible), the results of the media expert validation test were 91.67% (very feasible), and the student response was 94.91% (very feasible).
