Abstract

Project of PKM in Training of Trainer (ToT) aims to encourage synergy between OJK financial services business actors and university academics to provide literacy and education on Understanding Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector to the community in Serang Regency. The pre-test results show the ability and understanding of ToT participants, there are participants who do not understand the Consumer Protection of the Financial Services Sector. Post-test results after the implementation of ToT training showed an increase in participants' understanding of the duties, functions and objectives of the financial services authority in consumer protection, in the financial services sector by 11.4% and related to the level of understanding of participants in recognizing illegal and legal investments there was an increase in understanding by 21.9%. In general, there was a significant increase in the understanding of the training participants after participating in the ToT activities. Furthermore, there is a need for further activities from PKM ToT with training activities to increase skills and understanding for the community to use the financial information service system (SLIK)..

Abstract

Pajak hijau telah menjadi instrumen kebijakan fiskal yang semakin relevan dalam merespons krisis lingkungan global dan mendorong transisi menuju ekonomi berkelanjutan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan literatur ilmiah terkait pajak hijau, dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap perilaku korporat dan arah reformasi kebijakan fiskal. Menggunakan metode bibliometrik berbasis data dari basis data Scopus (2000–2025), analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi tren kata kunci, jaringan kolaborasi penulis, serta kontribusi negara dalam bidang ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa topik seperti taxation, climate change, dan sustainable development merupakan pusat kepadatan literatur, sementara tema seperti green innovation dan carbon pricing mengalami peningkatan perhatian dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Analisis co-authorship dan country collaboration mengungkap adanya fragmentasi geografis dalam produksi pengetahuan, dengan dominasi peneliti dari China, Amerika Serikat, dan Inggris. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun riset tentang pajak hijau berkembang pesat, integrasi lintas disiplin dan kolaborasi global masih perlu diperkuat. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pembuat kebijakan dan akademisi, khususnya di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, untuk merancang kebijakan pajak lingkungan yang responsif, berbasis bukti, dan inklusif terhadap pelaku usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program at PT. Buana Centra Swakarsa (BCS) using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, which consists of four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and outcome. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, involving all training participants as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, pre- and post-tests, interviews, observations, and secondary data related to costs and company performance. The results of the study indicate that (1) at Level 1, participants were satisfied with the training; (2) at Level 2, there was a significant increase in post-test results compared to the pre-test; (3) at Level 3, the training resulted in positive behavioral changes in the workplace; and (4) at Level 4, the training made a positive and significant contribution to improving work results and company efficiency. However, there are indications that learning strategies need to be adjusted in certain months to ensure a more even distribution of the training's impact. This study concludes that training at PT. BCS is categorized as effective, but improvements in distribution, cost efficiency, and follow-up programs are needed for more optimal results

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on company value with corporate social responsibility as a moderation variable. Primary data processing using path analysis techniques using SMART PLS 4 software. The results showed that good corporate governance affects corporate value, and corporate social responsibility affects company value while corporate social responsibility is unable to mediate good corporate governance on company value

Abstract

Community service represents one of the fundamental contributions of academics to social development, particularly in the educational sector. This article elaborates on the implementation of a community engagement program entitled Towards Smart Pesantren through Digital Transformation, conducted on May 28, 2025, at SMA Bi’rul Ulum Cisait, Serang, Banten. The initiative emerged from an inter-university collaboration aimed at enhancing the digital capacities of santri (Islamic boarding school students) to better prepare them for the challenges of the digital age. The program focused on training in graphic design, public speaking, an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), and human resource development (HRD) in the digital context. Methods employed in the program included lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice, allowing participants to gain both theoretical understanding and practical skills. The participatory approach fostered active engagement and created an enriching learning environment. Evaluation results indicated a high level of enthusiasm among the participants and a marked improvement in their grasp of fundamental digital competencies. This program exemplifies the strategic potential of inter-institutional academic collaboration in supporting the digital transformation of pesantren-based education in Indonesia. It is expected that the initiative can serve as a replicable and sustainable model for future community service efforts in similar educational contexts, particularly in promoting 21st-century skills.
