Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, profitability and liquidity on stock prices with dividend policy as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 45 companies. The analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the E-Views 10 program. The results of this study are that financial performance and liquidity have no effect on stock prices, while profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Financial Performance and Liquidity have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices through Dividend Policy, while Profitability has a negative and significant effect on Stock Prices through Dividend Policy.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the effect of work from home (wfh) and work discipline on employee performance with work effectiveness as an intervening variable at PT. Batanghari Barisan Padang, This research is a quantitative study. The data collection method is through a questionnaire, with a sample of 68 respondents from PT. Batanghari Padang Row. The analytical methods used are path analysis, partial least squares (PLS) analysis, outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of the study can be concluded that work from home (wfh) has a positive and not significant effect on effectiveness, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on effectiveness, work from home (wfh) has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, effectiveness has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and effectiveness is not able to mediate work from home (wfh), work discipline on employee performance at PT. Batanghari Padang Row

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi intrinsik, dan kepuasaan kerja terhadap organizational citizhensip behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Yos Sudarso Padang. Terdapat tiga karakteristik dalam penelitian ini yaitu kecerdasan emosional, motivasi intrinsik, dan kepuasaan kerja. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 responden. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis data penelitian dan data kuisioner.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kecerdasan emosional, motivasi intrinsik, dan kepuasaan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizhensip behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Yos Sudarso Padang. Pemrosesan data dilakukan dengan alat SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap organizational citizhensip behavior (OCB). Bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi intrinsik terhadap organizational citizhensip behavior (OCB)
