Abstract

The Village Government & managers of Kemetul Tourism Village do not understand much about digitization transformation, digitization opportunities, and technological innovation in the tourism sector. Observation preparation is the first step to dig deeper into the existing problems. Training for the Village Government & Management of Kemetul Tourism Village to understand the challenges and opportunities of digitalization marketing in the tourism sector. Practice and apply digitalization marketing for the development of tourism villages. With the understanding and training digitalization has the potential to drastically change the tourism industry, allowing better knowledge management, faster innovation, and better data security while reducing operational time. In addition to providing understanding, there is also a need for training in tourism service technology innovation. Many types of tourism service technology make it easier for managers such as the use of social media and websites that can be accessed in the form of websites and smartphone applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out perspectives on the role and authority of the Financial Services Authority in bankruptcy cases at insurance companies in Indonesia. OJK is an independent body that is free from government interference in its duties, functions and authority to supervise, inspect and conduct investigations in the financial services sector so as to create a good national economy. Within the scope of supervision in the insurance sector, the Financial Services Authority has the authority relating to submitting bankruptcy declaration requests to insurance companies in order to protect the interests of insurance policy holders. Arrangements regarding the authority of the Financial Services Authority in submitting requests for bankruptcy statements against insurance companies are regulated in Law no. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained through library research. The role of the Financial Services Authority in the bankruptcy of an insurance company is to oversee the course of the insurance company's bankruptcy until liquidation and to ensure that the insurance company has paid all its obligations to creditors.
