Abstract

SMK Nusapersada Tengaran began operating in 2014 with pharmacy and multimedia majors. At the beginning of its operation, SMK Nusapersada Tengaran was able to open 3 classes, 2 classes majoring in pharmacy and 1 class majoring in multimedia. The establishment of new schools at the SMA / SMK / MA level, both public and private, has created competition in the world of education. Not only new schools but also old schools are competing to develop their quality and services so that they can attract the public. The purpose of the research is to further understand how the marketing strategy of SMK Nusapersada Tengaran can compete with other private schools and how SMK Nusapersada Tengaran approaches the audience with IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) theory. The research type uses descriptive qualitative which refers to the case study research method with pattern matching technique. Several informants were interviewed, including the Principal of SMK Nusapersada Tengaran, the Head of PPDB (New Student Admission), students of SMK Nusapersada Tengaran, and prospective students of SMK Nusapersada Tengaran. Before conducting Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) SMK Nusapersada Tengaran conducts planning using several such as Segmentation Targeting and positioning, Objective Setting and budgeting, The Communication Process and Consumer Behavior and uses IMC Tools such as Public Relations (PR), Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Online / Social Media Marketing, Direct Marketing, Advertising.

Abstract

The Village Government & managers of Kemetul Tourism Village do not understand much about digitization transformation, digitization opportunities, and technological innovation in the tourism sector. Observation preparation is the first step to dig deeper into the existing problems. Training for the Village Government & Management of Kemetul Tourism Village to understand the challenges and opportunities of digitalization marketing in the tourism sector. Practice and apply digitalization marketing for the development of tourism villages. With the understanding and training digitalization has the potential to drastically change the tourism industry, allowing better knowledge management, faster innovation, and better data security while reducing operational time. In addition to providing understanding, there is also a need for training in tourism service technology innovation. Many types of tourism service technology make it easier for managers such as the use of social media and websites that can be accessed in the form of websites and smartphone applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi penerapan social media support berbasis Customer Relationship Management (CRM) di kampus STIE AMA Salatiga dalam menghadapi persaingan sektor pendidikan tinggi. Bertahannya kampus tersebut hingga kini mencerminkan konsistensinya dalam memberikan pelayanan yang adaptif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma post-positivisme. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, seperti laporan layanan digital, prosedur CRM, serta data media sosial kampus. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode pattern matching oleh Yin (2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan social media support efektif dalam kegiatan penerimaan mahasiswa baru dan penyebaran informasi kampus tanpa memerlukan tatap muka langsung. Strategi ini memungkinkan fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat selama jam kerja, mendukung efisiensi layanan. Implementasi CRM di kampus ini melibatkan tiga fase utama: memperkuat rencana kerja, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan teknologi, serta mendesain, menguji, dan meluncurkan program. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan social media support dalam CRM telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan mendukung keberlanjutan daya saing STIE AMA Salatiga.

Abstract

Pharmacists/pharmacy services need to improve their professionalism in order to keep up with the rapid development of technology. Digitalization applied in the pharmaceutical world needs to be accompanied by a “human touch”. One of the efforts that can be made by IAI PC Salatiga City members is to understand and innovate in the use of health service technology. The solution to the problems that occur is to conduct training and understanding of digital transformation which has now become a necessity for the industrial world, especially the pharmaceutical sector. One of the factors that accelerates the process, so that many business operations today can be shortened and more efficient due to digitalization. One of the important characteristics of the pharmacist profession is adaptability. There was a significant increase in participants' knowledge before and after the training, this was based on the increasing enthusiasm of the participants in asking questions and actively participating in this activity. The IAI Salatiga City pharmacy digitalization training is expected to create enthusiasm to be able to continue to develop the knowledge and insights of participants, especially members of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) PC Salatiga City to improve services to the community.Suggestions for IAI PC Salatiga City members, frequent training activities for digitalization of pharmaceutical services and preparing members who understand digitalization to be able to achieve health development targets, especially the change from the analog to the digital era.

Abstract

This community service activity is partnered with Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Salatiga. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding to the Manager of the Renai Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Journal regarding the features and design of the Open Journal System. Provide an understanding to the Manager of the Renai Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Journal regarding the requirements for managing the Open Journal System. Provide an understanding to the Manager of the Renai Persemaian Cinta Kemanusiaan (Percik) Journal regarding national and international accreditation standards and to be able to independently publish the Renai journal. The results of this community service activity have several things achieved. The design was successfully carried out through an open journal system but experienced obstacles regarding hosting and e-ISSN registration. The training went smoothly, participants were open-minded about the importance of switching to electronic journals, but there were still obstacles so that this renai journal could accommodate non-academic writers. Mentoring went smoothly, journal managers understood the procedures for submission, editing, journal settings, categories, websites, workflows and users & roles.Keywords: Open Journal System, Design, Training and Mentoring
