Abstract

SITUATION ANALYSIS, Pondok Cabe Udik is a village located in the Pamulang sub-district in South Tangerang City, Banten Province, Indonesia. Before South Tangerang City became an autonomous city, Pamulang was one of the sub-districts of Tangerang Regency. Pondok Cabe Udik Village has a total population of 20,729 and has RW 14 and RT 74 while its area is 420 Ha. South Tangerang City has more than 55 companies and factories and besides that, the population density continues to increase every year. Especially for the Pondok Cabe Udik Village environment, there is an increase in the number of residents by 20,729, not to mention the presence of companies and factories will also increase even though they are still relatively small in number. The South Tangerang City Government has aspirations in realizing economic development and growth, and is committed to managing, protecting and regulating the socio-economic life of the surrounding community with a healthy, clean and good environmental perspective.

Abstract

The People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) is one of the highest state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system and has the authority as stated in the provisions of Article 19, Article 20, Article 20A and Article 21 of the 1945 Constitution. The DPR RI is the enforcement agency for the DPR RI code of ethics as stated in the provisions of Article 119 of Law Number 17 of 2014 concerning MD3 Junto Law Number 2 of 2018 concerning MD3 Junto Law Number. 13 of 2019 concerning MD3. In the provisions of Article 1 paragraph (1) of Law no. 28 of 1999 concerning Administrators who are Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism which states: State Administrators are officials who carry out the functions of the judiciary, executive, legislative and other officials. That LHKPN is a report in the form of a document containing personal data, assets, income, expenses and other data on the assets of state administrators. The regulations regarding State Officials' Wealth Reports (LHKPN) have been regulated in Law no. 28 of 1999 concerning the Administration of a State that is Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism and apart from that, Law no. 30 of 2022 concerning Corruption Crimes. That in enforcing the DPR RI code of ethics against its members who commit violations, the Council Honorary Court (MKD) is the institution appointed to handle cases of reporting ethical violations committed by DPR members. Council Honorary Court (MKD) as stipulated in Article 119 paragraph (1) and (2) of Law Number 17 of 2014 concerning MD3 Junto Law Number 2 of 2018 concerning MD3 Junto Law Number. 13 of 2019 concerning MD3 .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi manajemen laba pada perusahaan tambang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam konteks yang kompleks ini, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan analisis konten. Populasi yang diteliti adalah perusahaan tambang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik. Pembahasan menggarisbawahi bahwa perusahaan yang lebih besar dan lebih menguntungkan cenderung melaporkan laba yang lebih transparan, sedangkan perusahaan dengan utang tinggi berisiko lebih besar terlibat dalam manipulasi laba. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa praktik tata kelola yang baik berfungsi sebagai penghalang terhadap praktik manajemen laba yang tidak etis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya memahami interaksi antara berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi manajemen laba untuk meningkatkan transparansi laporan keuangan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan teori manajemen laba dan corporate governance, serta implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan dalam memperkuat akuntabilitas dan integritas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan Sektor Energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019-2023. Indeks Corporate Social Responsibility mengikuti pedoman dari Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)-G4. Tobin’s Q digunakan sebagai proksi untuk nilai perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regrsi data panel dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

So the problem is whether the judge's consideration is based on the elements of a criminal act. carried out continuously in the decision is correct and appropriate and whether the conviction given by the judge in the decision is correct. The data was processed qualitatively, while the conclusion was drawn using deduction logic. Based on the judge's consideration that the testimony of the witnesses' testimony of the defendant, documentary instructions and the existence of evidence and facts were revealed at the trial.

Abstract

Whereas in the provisions of laws and regulations as DPR Regulation No. 1 of 2015 concerning the code of ethics which emphasizes ethical enforcement actions against public officials who commit violations related to their position and can morally damage the image of state institutions. That every member of the DPR as a state official must comply with mutually agreed internal regulations as above, the provisions contain ethical sanctions that will be obtained if they are proven to have violated the law. Whereas as an ethical violation against a state or public official, in this case a member of the DPR who commits a violation, the Honorary Court of the DPR Council will conduct a hearing against the member of the DPR. Whereas the Honorary Council of the Council is an instrument of the DPR which has the authority as an ethics enforcement agency for members of the DPR who commit ethical violations. Whereas in the decision of the Council Honorary Court in the form of a decision, namely moderate sanctions and severe sanctions. The moderate sanction is in the form of transferring membership in the DPR's appendages to removal from the leadership position of the DPR while the severe sanction is in the form of temporary dismissal which can be 3 months or permanent dismissal as a member of the DPR.
