Abstract

To enhance the local economy, tourism development through tourist villages requires the active participation of local residents. Angsana Tourist Village, located in Setu Village, Jasinga District, Bogor Regency, is one such village with great potential for further tourism development, thanks to its natural beauty and unique culture. However, the village still faces several challenges. The main challenges include inadequate promotion of previously designed tour packages and insufficient village funds to complete necessary infrastructure. To address these issues, a community service activity (PkM) was conducted by students from the Tourism study program, focusing on the renewal of existing tour packages and training in the use of social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok for promotional purposes. Through interviews and observations, the previous tour package was updated into the One Day Tour package in Angsana Tourist Village. Training on using TikTok and video editing with the CapCut app was also provided to improve the villagers' ability to promote the newly designed tour package. It is hoped that through these activities, Angsana Tourist Village will attract more tourists, thereby boosting the local economy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 20 tahun 2008, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, tak sedikit UMKM yang dihadapi dengan tantangan dalam proses pembuatan izin usaha. Banyak UMKM baru yang kurang memahami izin yang diperlukan dan prosedur yang harus diikuti, serta implikasi hukum jika tidak mematuhi aturan lantaran tidak memiliki panduan yang jelas. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM katering lokal, "Glasy Kitchen," yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara, dalam memperoleh Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI) untuk melengkapi legalitasnya dalam berusaha. ABSTRACTAccording to Law No. 20 of 2008, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM in Indonesia) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy. However, many UMKMs face challenges in the process of obtaining business permits. Numerous new MSMEs lack understanding of the required permits, the procedures to be followed, and the legalimplications of non-compliance due to a lack of clear guidance. This assistance aims to support the local catering UMKM, "Glasy Kitchen," located in Cilincing, North Jakarta, in obtaining the Business Identification Number (NIB) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to complete its legal documentation for business operations.
