Abstract

Introduction: Nationally, in 2022 there are 15,679,006 participants of Non-Wage Earners in arrears of contributions, while in the working area of BPJS Kesehatan Kambi Branch there are 228,181 participants of Non-Wage Earner Workers in arrears with contributions. The number of participants who are delinquent due to non-compliance of Non-Wage Earner Workers participants in paying contributions. Objective: To measure the relationship between knowledge, number of family members and payment methods with the level of compliance to pay contributions for participants of the National Health Insurance Non-Wage Earner Workers in Jambi City in 2023. Method: This study is a descriptive study with a cross sectional design. Questionnaire research instruments, then univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. Results and Discussion: The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.000), number of family members (p-value = 0.000) and payment method (p-value = 0.018) with the level of compliance to pay contributions of national health insurance participants non-wage earners workers in Jambi City. Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge, number of family members and payment methods with the level of compliance to pay contributions of national health insurance participants non-wage earners workers in Jambi City.

Abstract

Introduction: Performance-Based Capitation Policy is an effort to ensure FKTP performance to improve satisfaction, service quality and cost efficiency. Preliminary study, the capitation payment of the Talang Banjar Public Health Center in 2022 is only 88% with the achievement of AK 64.93 per mile, RRNS 2.12%, and RPPT 0.55%. Objective: This study aims to analyze efforts to achieve KBK indicators at Talang Banjar Public Health Center based on input and process aspects. Method: This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach with data collection using observation, document review and in-depth interviews with 15 informants who were selected by purposive sampling. Result and Discussion: The results show that the achievement of KBK Public Health Center indicators is influenced by available inputs, namely health human resources, infrastructure, funds, and methods. The process aspect shows obstacles to achieving contact number indicators, namely difficulties in Public Health Center accessibility, promotional and preventive efforts that are not optimal, as well as reporting healthy visits, non-specialist referral indicators are influenced by the behavior of patients who want to be referred and the availability of medical devices, while controlled prolanist indicators are influenced by the difficulty of routine monitoring of officers to participants.  Conclusion: A thorough evaluation is needed from BPJS Kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan and Public Health Center leaders to identify problems that arise in achieving performance indicators as an effort to ensure the quality of service to NHI participants

Abstract

Gerakan Rencana Aksi Kelurahan menuju satu sehat berbasis status sosial ekonomi merupakan inisiatif yang berfokus pada partisipasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan. Pola gerakan masyarakat ini sejalan dengan program pemerintah tentang hidup sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang melibatkan 20 peserta mewakili 57 RT di Kelurahan Lingkar Selatan, Kecamatan Paal Merah, Kota Jambi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta, terbukti dari perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test yang meningkat baik dari nilai minimal, maksimal, maupun rata-rata. Sebagai tindak lanjut, gerakan satu sehat diimplementasikan melalui percontohan di RT 02 dan RT 03, diikuti dengan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi yang melibatkan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, dan pemuda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gerakan ini sangat dirasakan keberhasilannya oleh masyarakat, yang tercermin dalam indikator pelaksanaan dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: The population of Jambi Luar Kota Subdistrict in 2020 is 62.687 people, with the development of an increasing population, it will affect the increase in the amount of waste scattered in illegal locations, so it is increasingly necessary to improve the availability of Temporary Waste Shelters. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze and to map temporary waste shelters in Jambi Luar Kota Subdistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency.. Method: Descriptive research with the results of mapping temporary waste shelters based on Global Positioning System and Geographic Information System, data using total sampling in Jambi Luar Kota Subdistrict. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and is presented in the form of output in the form of maps and tabulation of data. Results: The results showed that in Jambi Luar Kota Sub-district there were 36 illegal temporary waste shelters, almost all with a waste volume of 1-49 m3 (91.67%), most of them were located near neighborhood roads (77.78%), and most of them were at medium and high population density levels (80.56%). Furthermore, according to SNI 19-2454-2002, the minimum standard is 167 legal temporary waste containers. Conclution: The minimum standard for temporary waste shelters in the Jambi Luar Kota Subdistrict is 167 points, which can be mapped based on population density figures and qualified land availability. Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: The population of Sekernan Subdistrict in 2020 is 45.207 people, with the development of an increasing population, it will affect the increase in the amount of waste scattered in illegal locations, so it is increasingly necessary to improve the availability of Temporary Waste Shelters. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze and to map temporary waste shelters in Sekernan Subdistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency.. Method: Descriptive research with the results of mapping temporary waste shelters based on Global Positioning System and Geographic Information System, data using total sampling in Sekernan Subdistrict. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and is presented in the form of output in the form of maps and tabulation of data. Results: The results showed that in Sekernan Subdistrict there are 24 illegal temporary waste shelters, more than half with a waste volume of 0.1-3.5 m3 (54.17%), most of them are located near neighborhood roads (83.33%), and most of them are located at high population density levels (75%). Furthermore, according to SNI 19-2454-2002, the minimum standard is 180 legal temporary waste shelters in Sekernan District. Conclution: The minimum standard for temporary waste shelters in the Sekernan Subdistrict is 180 points, which can be mapped based on population density figures and qualified land availability.
